I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Our original room had a severe mosquito problem, making it impossible to stay there comfortably. We were forced to switch rooms around 11:00 PM, which was especially difficult because we were traveling with our 6-month-old baby and had to move all of our belongings late at night. The second room was also not properly stocked. It was missing basic amenities like shampoo and soap, which added to the frustration. While I appreciate that the hotel eventually moved us to another room, the inconvenience, lack of preparation, and poor room conditions made our stay stressful instead of relaxing. I hope management takes these issues seriously so future guests don’t have the same experience.

el apartamento esta muy comodo, la habitacion, muebles y todo limpio, excelente vista, que estuvo promedio: a) no habian toallas de playa. b) no se puede pedir para hacer BBQ. c) problemas de internet al llegar que ni lo de la recepcion sabia cual era la red. d) el aire del cuarto estaba como malo. e) falta que el personal de las instrucciones bien, no indicaron exactamente donde era el parking, tampoco el edificio, no indicaron que no habia toallas de playa, tampoco que no podiamos pedir el uso de bbq, cosa que en la pagina si lo decia.
