Great and lovely place!!! The staff was so helpful even when I had some water temperature issues it was a great stay, if you’re looking for activities as a solo traveler maybe try another resort since most of the excursions you need more than 1 person.

Check all the boxes for this property. Everything well done by staff in all areas. Very family friendly. I was a solo guest for 3 weeks. There is something there for everyone. Pool area, beach, spa, gym & common areas well maintained & clean. Also very safe with watchful eyes of security & mgmt. Got to know some of the staff. Andrea, Yusarra, Idanis, Efrain, Luis, Georgi, Daniel Surf Shop & Senor Dee with Block Security. Made longer stay reservations for next year before I left. Pool water quality was excellent. This hotel has a great beach location. Although we couldn't go into the ocean because of jellyfish allegedly. The sea is best for surfing and water sports not so much relaxing. Pools were fine. The rooms were in need of repairs, first room we found mold and they didn't move us until the next day. Second room was better but showers were leaking, air conditioner smelt of mildew. There is only one restaurant and the food was good but the service was slow, the server had to come back many times to re-take our order. Generally staff was friendly. due to the rooms I wouldn't stay here again, I would probably rent an Air B&B in the area instead next time.

Excelent stay for my family of four.Great restaurant, fast and delicious! We enjoyed the Karaoke night and the fire pit, My room was pretty small compared to others that reserved for only two people. It will be great to have 2 queen beds instead of full beds. We coincidentally stayed during a surf competition and really enjoyed it. Great Place.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. The rooms were spotless, just as I’ve always experienced. The staff are truly the golden point of this place—kind, professional, and always welcoming. The beach was clean and well maintained, and the food was excellent. The room was fine and a great view. The issue for us was the quality of the bed. Extremely soft and not firm enough. The shower was very small and too much water seepage on the floor. Perhaps a drain in the floor would help or better seal to prevent water from wetting the floor.

Beautiful beach view and magnificent landscape. 3 days of great breakfast, buffet as offered, next days a just average cook to order breakfast. Room furniture as new. Restaurant people needs to be trained, way too long for service and very often wrong orders taken, sometimes a smile can be nice. Do not disturb tags need to be added. To highlight the nice attitude of Cielo and Josselin in customer service.
