Great resort! The pools were amazing. The palm trees offer great shade on the beach. The waterpark is amazing for kids and so is the kids club. They offer many different activities for kids. Some restaurants are closed at night and there are no reservations so it’s important to get to dinner early so you don’t wait long. Food was good and buffet offered great variety. Would definitely be staying there again.

Wyndham Alltra saved our vacation! We initially booked another resort, after only one day there we tough our vacation was ruined but then we found this jewel, this hotel is absolutely beautiful with a relaxing ambiance, the pool is huge, the food Is delicious, the frapuccino at the little cafe is adictive but the best of all is the people very attentive and kind.

I love it every person that worked there at the resort in all areas even the security guards were helpful and the alll would say hello or good morning, good day , good evening, and the building and resort was extremely CLEAN Nothing never smelled bad and the cleaning ladies cleaned the rooms excellent, the food buffet was excellent and the beautiful parrot that lives at the tree was so cute , the pools were cleaned everyday the maintenance every morning the beach was excellent also and the evening music a guy that played like kenny g musician was Excellent

The staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the bartenders were hit or miss, but Gleyvin was my man at the swim up bar! Always friendly and remembered what I ordered and kept the drinks coming. The grounds were very well maintained and they had a good selection of restaurants and events to keep entertained. They no longer have the casino open, which was a bit of a bummer, but there was always something to do! The beach and pool were great, with ample shade for when the sun gets too hot.

This is a beautiful property, well maintained and they treat guests like royalty. I got there late but they kept buffet open long enough for me to eat. Love the onsite beach and giant lazy river pool with swim up bar and free drinks. Grounds are expertly maintained. Food is good. Nightly shows are interesting. Guests and staff are friendly. Housekeeping does a good job. My only regret is not staying longer.
