The property was beautiful. Our room was cleaned everyday. They cleaned the seaweed off the beach daily. The staff were very accommodating and nice. The food was great especially the steak house. We had a great time and I would come back.

Nice clean hotel but too far from Main airport and also no real activities or shows. The places literally empty the entire hotel., Nice staff and nice aesthetics at the hotel another thing is. the food was horrible., three restaurants in the entire hotel and one restaurant is a cafeteria style. (Honestly, this is not W style food) I was underwhelmed for W Hotel I would not recommend unless you’re planning to be in an empty hotel with nothing to do or eat for your entire stay.. also I was there for three days and they charged $500 incidental on top of the all-inclusive fee. So be ready to spend more money in addition..

Excellent stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the property was clean, and the food was outstanding. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of the dining options. Every restaurant we visited was very good. The drinks were also excellent—strong, well-made, and definitely not watered down. The only downsides were that not all seven restaurants were open each day due to the hotel not being at full capacity, and there was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach during our stay. While neither issue ruined the experience, they are worth noting for future guests. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

The food options are not good for a property like the W. The three restaurants do not offer any food that's considered fine dining. The drinks at the pools are awful and the options are limited. The Outpost Cafe was the highlight of the trip everything there was great. I would get rid of Scena all the food we ordered were not good at all. The breakfast at the Trade market was excellent. Taman Beach club was ok. We had a reservation for Satsuma rooftop at 7pm on Saturday 6/13/26 and when we showed up the restaurant was closed and we were never notified.

DO NOT stay here, unless you like 2 star service at a 5 star resort price. Food was inedible at all restaurants, except one of the 16. Very limited selections. When they say there are 16 restaurants, that means only 2 per meal, and the only restaurant that was good was Scena, all others tasted rotten or spoiled. Including the room service, which consisted of mainly frozen selections. No activities worth doing and the beach was full of seaweed and so was the ocean. It might be Ws first all inclusive resort but it also with be its last! PS make sure you speak Spanish bc no one speaks english!

I had the most incredible experience at the W Hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff. Rhomer, Santo, Francisco, Jeremy, Diamond, Thomas, Roman, and Nicholas the Chef all went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, everyone was warm, welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure every guest had an amazing time. The energy they brought every day was contagious, the activities were so much fun, and the overall vibe was absolutely unmatched. A special thank you to Nicholas the Chef, who went out of his way to prepare kosher meals for me. That level of care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail meant so much and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The drinks were fantastic, the atmosphere was incredible, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. This team is the definition of hospitality. Thank you all for making my trip so memorable—I can’t wait to come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room service even comes 3x a day!

Went here for a quick solo getaway, and it was completely relaxing. The staff was really nice, and they did everything to make my stay even better. The spa is incredible, definitely book an appointment and enjoy the facilities. The food in the restaurants was pretty good (sushi restaurant was the best). Only bad thing was that my shower had a bad smell, but it didn’t ruin the experience overall. Shout out to Nova (entertainment), super cool guy! Would definitely go back.
