Amazing customer service from great staff like Ramon, Jesus, and plenty of others. A couple members had a little bit of attitude or a lack of willingness to help but majority were excellent; especially Ramon and Jesus. Bathrooms need to have better upkeep or renovation but other than that I can’t complain. Great stay and would come back again, lot of variety for shows, food, and things to do

The location was beautiful, natural, cozy, and clean. Unfortunately, the service staff was very unfriendly. I don't know if it's a cultural thing, but we constantly felt that most employees (not all) were bothered by serving us or unhappy with their jobs. We couldn't enjoy the beach because of too much sargassum, but the resort did a good job trying to clean it.

Our stay was great! The place is big. I specifically loved the naturalistic feel the resort has, the animals what we got to see while we take walks. The food and drinks were great, it has a lot of varieties. The staff were hospitable and helpful. So many things to do, pool, take a walk or relax in the beach, entertainment and sports equipments. We did not get to swim in the beach unfortunately because there are a lot of seaweeds. And our hotel room’s air conditioner did not work very well. But overall, our hotel experience had been a satisfying one!

Housekeepers are amazing however staff at bar and restaurants were very rude. They act very standoff ish when being asked questions. They treat people who aren’t native Spanish speakers differently. The place is beautiful but they need to train their staff and at least teach them basic English. Also clean the rooms. The refrigerator didn’t work, had to request a different one and it still didn’t work. Bathroom toilet kept getting clogged too. Some pros and cons but overall 4/10.

We had a great time during this trip, the food tasted great. Tough every day in the buffet food was pretty much the same and it could get dull After 7 days, everything we ate tested great! So everyone in our family really enjoyed it. There are 3 different pools: the 1st one is quiet while the other one had entrainment and music going on, the third pool had a water park and also a nice pool for bigger kids and adults along with a bar. The entire property, rooms, and design is well-thought. Adjoining rooms can accompany 5 people, so it’s one of the best things about this hotel. We also enjoyed looking at and feeding the ducks, peacocks, flamingos and iguanas. The one thing we did not enjoy is when we walked to the adjacent Princess Grand Bavaro and were not allowed to check the amenities. All other hotel permit this and it would be very nice to see if we could stay at their other hotel later on. But we were shooed from there like stray cats. However, overall, it did not impact our stay so we would definitely return to this hotel again.
