We had a wonderful time in vacation with our children. We took advantage of the kids club and their scheduled activities. Alexandra, the supervisor at the kids club, was fantastic with my kids making sure they were comfortable and having a fun time. We would absolutely consider coming back!

The resort is beautiful just like its name “Tropical deluxe” but the food quality has to be improved. Comparing to other resorts I had been stayed in Punta Cana, the food here is the worst. Other than that, my overall experience in this resort was great. And the best part was there is no upselling, or pressuring us to go for time sharing.
