Staff is great, very accommodating, but communication can be difficult. Most of the staff should have a basic understanding of English to make sure requests are clear. The rooms, pools and restaurants are great, very clean.

Our experience was fabulous. The room was excellent, and the staff was very professional and friendly. We are very grateful to the concierge Ricky and to Yajaira at Café La Finca, who were always attentive to any need. The food was exquisite, and the cocktails were very good.

Resort beautiful, swim up room so beautiful. Friendly staff. Pretty easy check in. Had a room mix up but got it figured out. We enjoyed the spa and loved the beach. Had a wonderful stay. Only negative would be food. It was just ok. Overall excellent experience.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this resort. Ransessa, our personal butler, provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was incredibly attentive, highly customer-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially appreciated the personalized halal dinners she thoughtfully arranged for us, which made our experience even more special.

The hotel is beautiful, dining at buffet and restaurant was good for an all inclusive. Jose, was a great concierge was able to contact him at anytime and tried to fix any problems I had, he also gave me good excursions to do whilst here in DR.

Spacious rooms and excellent for family of 5. Updated rooms and easy access to restaurants. Beach is 1 mile walk or golf card ride. Coffee bar is awesome! The buffet was not great- no enough options and food was mediocre. Beach party event they had was a lot of fun for the group! Concierge never contacted us. Overall fun time and comfortable!

Can't recommend Zel Punta Cana highly enough. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained, the staff are very kind, attentive, and funny (shout out to Pedro, Suriya and others!) and the whole vibe is elegant chill. We spent a very relaxing week where the only decisions we had to make were what to eat, whether to go to the beach or the pool, and which of the many covered beach- or pool-side chairs to lounge in. The room was spacious and very clean, the food was excellent (healthy and delicious...keto/Paleo compliant if you want). And there was always a spot - no beach towel bingo trying to stake out a spot at the crack of dawn. We're already planning next year's return. Thank you so much Zel
