I had a pleasant experience at Zel Punta Cana ! The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to all of our needs. I would say cleanliness could have been better in our room. The staff was more than happy to clean when requested. The overall cleanliness of the property was amazing ! Thank you especially to Raphy who assisted with making my stay enjoyable and comfortable. I had the best time at Zel! So relaxing and loooved the activities! Tangie and the yoga instructor was great! The staff was so friendly and helpful, constantly checking on us. The room was so spacious and beautiful. The beach is a quick (3 min or so) ride down the road and is so beautiful. Sooo much seating and cabanas at you pick. My only negative was the variety of food selection could be better. The fruit bar and breakfast are amaxing and they have a fresh cook up part where they will make you omlets during breakfast and pasta during dinner. The food they do have is tasty though, just after day 4, dinner was getting redundant. Overall though, book them if your looking to relax, be active and try new things!

We have good time at ZEL Punta Cana, the room is clean and spacious, the staff are very friendly. Especially Warner and Lisa at front desk, they helped us a lot during the stay, adding extra bed in the living room, find us good restaurants and excursions. They did a wonderful job! We really enjoy the relaxing atmosphere at ZEL, and the lovely restaurant at beach club.

We would definitely return to the Zel Punta Cana. The staff were very friendly, especially our personal concierge Keirin who made sure our anniversary trip was great. Fabian at the beach cabana was also great! The food was good, service at time at the swim up was slow for drinks but overall a great time! The only down side would be the vendors at the beach coming up every 3-5minutes even when turning them down which made it hard to relax. We are in support of the local industry but we have been to other resorts in the Caribbean that have designated vendor areas on the beach for the tourists to enjoy if they want to Purchase crafts or tours if they choose or go straight to the beach to relax.

Incredible resort. Really lovely room and just gorgeous resort grounds (e.g. pool area and other common areas). The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful (especially Yajaira at the coffee shop, Estefany in the restaurants, Dangelisse and Jasmine who organized and led activities). Also, all the free activities guests could take part in were next level and really enjoyable.I cannot recommend this place enough. You will love it. A relaxing, beautiful place (unreal greenery) and a fantastic beach club.
