Zel was excellent!!! Zel swim up suite was amazing ! I had 3 rooms booked! The staff was amazing !! The Volcan steak restaurant was our favorite!! Expedia pics dont do justice for this hotel! I loved it got the zel suite and it was perfect had a living room, large balcony & large bathroom. The only con is I dont think there are elevators and we stayed on the top floor of one of the buildings. Very pretty decoration.

We recently stayed at Zel Punta Cana and had a pleasant overall experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely designed, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. The pools were definitely a highlight—beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind throughout the day. That said, the food was average and felt quite repetitive, with similar options offered daily. The service was also just okay—nothing particularly standout, but not bad either. One downside was the beach—it’s a bit far from the main areas, and there weren’t enough sunbeds available, which made it less enjoyable at times. Overall, it’s a nice resort with great accommodations and pool areas, but there’s room for improvement when it comes to dining variety, service, and beach convenience.
