First time staying at TRS and the experience was amazing. Norielis was our butler, she made our experience even better! Very attentive answering any questions we had, quickly assisting us with reservations and sending us daily activity list to keep us updated. Had a great stay! Would come back and we don’t usually stay at the same place twice! Food was great, drinks were top shelf room was perfect. Use of other resorts was a nice perk as place is huge! Upgraded to preferred was well worth it just for the Bali beds on the beach.

This was my first AIC experience and it was good. The food Selections, staff and property were all great. Went here to celebrate two occasions, birthday and anniversary , and it felt like good pick. It was chill and not as crowded, which is something we wanted.
