We stayed at “TRS Turquesa “. What I liked most of my stay is the butler they give you when you check in. They help you get reservations and they also send the daily itinerary. Edward was great.

The resort was a place to go back again. The staff was amazing. They assigned a butler for us and he was very helpful and a great person. The food was amazing. The amenities were great. We will definitely will be going back again.

Great service, Extremely friendly staff from bar tenders to waitresses to front office staff. Pièce de résistance was our butler Edward. The best ever! Attentive, helpful and very pleasant. Not too intrusive but made all the anniversary details even more special. The absolute best! Thank you to all of the TRS and Grand Pallidum staff.

We upgraded to a swim out pool suite and it was the greatest thing ever. We didn’t have to pack up and go to pools everyday as we had our own pool basically right off of our patio. Bar service and food right there as well so again we created our own little area of peace and quiet. The butler service was awesome as Norrelis our butler took care of all of our dinner reservations as well as any other requests we had. She checked on us several times a day and personally texted with my wife throughout most days. Thank you it was amazing!!!

TRS is Adult Only and is on the same property as The Grand Pallidum. The Butler service was a nice added touch and you have access to the other 3 resorts in site. If your looking for top-shelf liquor well TRS is for you! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and inviting. The pools saved me from the DR heat.

The service was great, shoutout to Edward our butler he was amazing and very helpful. The Chic dinner and show was amazing and every restaurant we went to had great food and drinks. Definitely recommend it anyone traveling to the Dominican Republic.
