Very bad customer service experience, I was charged half the amount when booking and still was told to pay in cash the total amount plus extras The property refused to send a receipt despite multiple requests. I don’t recommend this property.

A lot of the furniture was dirty, and the room was not clean at all the whole time we were there. The toilet was never fully fixed it. It was a great location. Just got the best.

They charged me extra on arival , expeedia told I have to pay certain amount on arival but I end up paying double * they charged extra for cleaning and not a single time my room was cleaned over 10 days * also charged per day for electricity, 3 times power outage , and without power there is no water , no AC, no stove * pool was always dirty *guy over the counter dont understand except spanish *NO MICROWAVE AS PROMISSED *no terrace as told

This place is not the resort advertised

Firstly, the property is a cheap guesthouse. The floor was dirty and the mat on the floor in front of the bed was filthy & smelly. The unit hadn’t been cleaned prior to my arrival. The unit was never cleaned during my stay, despite my paying a daily cleaning fee and their flyer also states that the units are cleaned every 3 days. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short, so there was always a huge puddle of water on the floor after showering where a bath mat should have been. There was nothing to absorb all of that water. I had to clean the bathroom floor after each and every shower daily. The image on their website is completely misleading. Their website displays a very nice resort. In reality the property is ugly in an ugly area. I was also charged for a daily resort fee. They also charge a daily fee for energy.
