Considering it was opening week of the resort, and some amenities were not available, we still had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the entertainment crew. Mr. Alfredo Zapata and the rest of the crew were energetic, friendly and made the experience fun and enjoyable. The grounds and rooms were beautiful and well kept. There was always a staff member cleaning or maintaining the grounds and beach, The food and beverages were delicious, with many different choices to enjoy. The pools and waterslides were excellent as well. We would definitely go back to enjoy our next family vacation. We recommend this resort.

This place was amazing. It is a new resort therefore everything was spotless. We traveled in July and same as last year in Mexico lots of seaweed so we did not go to the beach. The pools we enough for us. Will definitely book again.

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme justamente el fin de semana que abrieron las puertas por primera vez, es un excelente hotel pero como nuevo aún faltaban áreas por abrir y aún no operaba a capacidad. Todo completamente nuevo, limpio, cuartos acogedores y muy cómodos, buen servicio y amabilidad de los empleados. Sin duda volvería.

Por aquí mi opinión estuve en estos días en su apertura muy hermoso el lugar muy buen trato los empleados muy atentos excepto en el buffet a pesar que habían muchas camareras estaban perdidas se que es nuevo y falta muchas cositas por terminar es una pena no haberme difrutado todas las atracciones fue una pena pero en realidad lo de más estuvo genial volveré para el próximo año me encantó el trato de los empleados
