Our Butler Brian was attentive yes respectful of our privacy and desire to explore the resort independently. Loved the day spent in the Bali tent. Cabana staff service was wonderful Beach side was clean and beautiful. All the party boats and excursions happening in front of you. We stayed 8 days at this location and have zero complaints. Entertainment was excellent. Food delicious. Staff went above and beyond. I highly recommend it and most likely we will be returning really soon.

The resort is beautiful, very, very, clean and the staff are extremely accommodating. Great restaurants. I do not recommend spending the extra $’s for the “partial” ocean view room. You need to use your binoculars, stand on your tip-toes, and lean to get that partial view.

The staff is CONSTANTLY cleaning. The grounds are immaculate and the service is wonderful. Our concierge was so-so but we think he was pretty new
