We booked preferred which is absolutely worth the extra money. Our personal butler for the week was WARNES and he is AMAZING. The kindest, friendliest, most attentive companion to have when you visit. He truly made our stay so special. The staff from the time you check in until you check out is nothing but top tier. The resort is fantastic and all of the food and amenities are fantastic. Room service, house keeping, mini bar service and any other service is very attentive. The preferred lounges and areas are very well kept. Entertainment was fun during the day and in the evenings. We will definitely be going back to this resort!

This resort gets 100% We went for an anniversary trip- started at another resort (big mistake - worst place ever) so couple days in we switched to secrets royal. (We previously stayed at secrets baby beach in Aruba and loved it) from the minute walking into the lobby, everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly but also helpful ! Food was great throughout the resort and the resort is just small/big enough to be able to walk and have different areas and activities to do. When you get there, upgrade to preferred - it is 100% worth it, especially at this secrets resort because there’s two preferred pools available, we went to the one with the swim up bar , and there’s a beach front restaurant for preferred as well. Preferred club they also set you up with a butler. Our butler was Orlando and he checked in on us our whole trip and made sure we knew everything about the resort and had everything we needed. Also Gia at the front desk is a big help & Rosa and Fanny at the preferred pool are the best waitresses ever!! We will 100% be going back!
