We had a fantastic stay at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana! The staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and took real accountability when any issues came up. The property is beautiful and very well maintained, with plenty of food options, honestly, better than you’d expect from an all-inclusive. Add in the nightly entertainment, and there’s always something fun going on. We’d definitely come back!

The staff was amazing and very friendly. Melvin and Alex at the swim up bar pool were great! Our butler Alberto checked on on daily and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. The front desk staff was great during check-in and check-out. We will be going back for another stay next year.

Everything was beautiful grounds gorgeous and well maintained , room was clean and spacious. Staff was fantastic and all restaurants were great! Oceania was ok in food but view of ocean beautiful! Highly recommend. Beach was nice but water not so much due to the season I think? Not that turquoise water we were hoping for. Otherwise food and drinks and service were fantastic!

Julio our butler was amazing we would give him a 10/5 if possible. All staff is attentive and lovely. Our Jr suite was almost $5000. For 5 days and the room was dated and musty, the room had plumbing issues for 2 days and a broke air conditioning. The resort did up grade our room for the last 2 days . It was hard to enjoy tje beach with all tje drug dealers pestering you for money.
