Food was really hit or miss honestly the buffet was the best food option apart from barefoot grill by the pool.. great drinks and everyone is relatively nice but just kinda lack a luxurious factor to it. Music was awful apart from the live band. Loved the coconuts by the beach but couldn’t enjoy the water because the seaweed.

Secrets was an exceptional resort. From the immaculate grounds, clean rooms and great food. From the minute we arrived to the time that we left, our time there was amazing. Spent 5 days celebrating our anniversary, would go back for certain. We’ve stayed at other resorts in Punta Cana, this is by far the best place we’ve stayed at.

Only a 20 minute ride from the airport, The property is great, service is great, rooms are very upscale, and the pool is huge and breathtaking . Food wasn’t always as good as expected but we did room service our entire stay so no feedback on restaurants. Getting open lounge chairs by the pool was a challenge if you don’t get there early.

My goodness, when I tell you that my husband and I had the absolute best honeymoon here, we can’t wait to come back. We upgraded our room on day one and they put us in the top floor honeymoon suite. Everything was clean, the staff were wonderful, the food was delicious. We enjoyed getting up and coming down for breakfast every morning at the buffet and having eggs made fresh in front of me, they had a wonderful assortment of fruits and different food options. The pineapples were sweet every single time! My husband and I did our excursions through the hotel which provided transportation there and back each time. The only downside to this entire vacation was that the pool closed at 7 PM, this was annoying because this was often when we would get back from our excursions around 6 or 7 PM. It was also kind of frustrating seeing the people who had “swim out” pools get to enjoy swimming right from their bedroom after hours while the main pool was closed. Aside from this we had a wonderful time, it was a magical experience!

The resort was beautiful and the staff was great. We paid extra for a swim-out room but couldn’t use it because the person next to our room was constantly smoking. We advised the staff and security numerous times but they did nothing. Wasted thousands of dollars and they would not do anything about it.

Our honeymoon at Secrets Cap Cana was absolutely incredible from beginning to end! Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations and made our trip truly unforgettable. The views were breathtaking, the resort itself was beautiful, and the atmosphere was everything we could have hoped for when celebrating such a special time in our lives. A special thank you to our amazing butler, Gerardo, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead of anything we needed.
