The atmosphere of this hotel is perfect for relaxation. The pool is immense and very well maintained. I enjoyed the beach with its umbrellas and the fact that there was no seaweed at all. Restaurants nearby had a wide selection of food.

The staff was polite and always ready to help with a smile. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The beach was just a short walk away and had the most beautiful white sand. The evenings felt magical with music and cocktails.

The room was elegant, very clean and had a comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Every morning I woke up to the sound of the ocean. The poolside bar made excellent cocktails. The atmosphere was peaceful and tropical.

No clear instructions of where the receptionist is (the name of the hotel is nowhere to be found, maps take you somewhere else, after walking around back and forth asking 3 different people and being sent to diff places I finally had a woman actually input on my phone the location which is a total different hotel name. AC never cooled (I complained they sent a guy that up the fan and acted like I didn’t know how to use the AC remote diagnosed NPF said to wait to cool I slept sweating and WiFi supposedly provided was non existent. The maintenance guy tried giving me another WiFi and password never worked.

This hotel has the perfect combination of a clean pool and a stunning beach. The loungers around the pool are comfortable and always available. The nearby restaurants offer every type of cuisine you could imagine. The cocktails on the beach are delicious.

The tropical setting of this Punta Cana hotel is breathtaking. The pool is large and sparkling clean with plenty of loungers for everyone. The beach is pure white sand with no seaweed at all. I loved enjoying cocktails at the beach bar while listening to the DJ.
