My husband and I had an amazing time. It started out a little disappointing with our assigned room, however the staff went above and beyond assigning us a new room. We chose a swim out room with a beautiful view. Our butler K. Klein was a breath of fresh air. He went about and beyond, we would recommend him a million times over.

Everything was great. Food was great with a big variety. Room were in great shape, and the property was clean. I recommend getting the Diamond club and butler option. Our butler (Stanley) took care of all of our reservations and needs. I would recommend Royalton to anyone. Price point was great.

Great staff!! Pools were great and the food was good. What was impossible to deal with was the lack of ventilation in the theater and other recreational areas including restaurants. There wasn’t an A/C that worked properly. The transportation to the splash hotel was very slow. We had to walked most of the time to make it to the reservations or the water park. The rest of the experience was good. Our concierge Juan de la Rosa made the difference!! He tried to accommodate our family needs through the stay.

Need to upgrade to diamond club. Definitely book the beach cabana for your entire stay. Tip the beach chair, and beach bar servers well and you will have a fantastic beach experience.

We transferred to Royalton Punta Cana after a terrible experience with our original resort, and the difference was night and day. I cannot express enough appreciation and thanks for Jeifry, the front desk manager, and Claritzel in guest services for helping us feel welcomed, and assisted us with getting everything set up last minute so we could enjoy the rest of our honeymoon. I would recommend Royalton Punta Cana for anyone traveling to Punta Cana!

Hotel was clean. Plenty of staff cleaning and maintaining the property. Room was clean at arrival and cleaned daily during stay. Pool, water park, dinners, restaurants and theater were in great shape and cleaned every time a guest left the premises. Housekeeping, guest service, pool, water park, beach and dinning staff (dinner and restaurants) were respectful, helpful and friendly. They always tried to please us. Food was great (dinner and restaurants). We loved the beach and the water park. Juan De La Rosa from guest services was extremely helpful, welcoming and took great care of us. We were treated as family by him and his staff. The experience was amazing and I recommend this hotel without reserves.

First night while showering a roach fell on my friends hair and another crawling up her leg! The food was awful and most of the staff not friendly or happy at all! Been traveling to Punta Cana since 1999 and have always brag about the people making everything worthwhile with their smiles and willingness all the time, first time I have been on a resort that most of the employees don’t seem to be happy to be there!! The resort came highly recommended by a family member who stayed a little bit over 2 years ago, I don’t know what happened ever since, never again!

Food at the buffet could be better. Our butler Kelvin is truly an amazing person!! I misplaced my cell phone and he was able to track it down for me, he booked dinner reservations and excursions for us. He is sooo wonderful!! Highly recommend him and the resort !!!

We had a great time, the staff was very helpful in making our stay aweome. Everyone from Juan at check in making sure everyone went smooth and stress free to Jancey taking checking in to make sure we had everything we needed on a daily basis and Hugo at the pool bar keeping my drinks full. Shared spaces like the beach and pool were fantastic, and our 2 young kids enjoyed it. Room had some repair issues like a ripped couch and a broken glass table, that caused some safety concerns. Getting a dinner reservation at the nicer restaurants was a major challenge, but luckily we had an assigned consierge that was amazing!! He helped get us reservations when the app said sold out, and also helped arrange a taxi for a snorkel trip an hour off property. Food in general was not great, but drinks were quality and overall we had a nice stay.
