Upon arrival you’re greeted by kind people with a smile. The staff are very helpful and nice! Our room was clean & kept cleaned/restocked each day. We had a swim up pool outside our room that was very clean and relaxing. Front desk handled our dinner reservations for us and it went smoothly. We didn’t make reservations the last night but ended up being able to eat a restaurant anyway due to the staff members help! Check in and check out was easy and smooth! If you visit i recommend a massage at their spa! If you plan to go the buffets.. Patience is important! lines can be pretty long Only complaints i have is the main pool with bar (larimar bar I believe?) could have been a little cleaner but the other pools were cleaned so we enjoyed those ones :) And personally, I would suggest maybe full length mirrors in the room :) But definitely would stay again!

Checked in went smoothly, Jerry was kind enough to book us dinner when he knew it was my son’s birthday on day of check-in. They also had complimentary birthday decor waiting for my son when we entered the room. We booked the swim out room and it was the best thing for our kids aged 8 and 6 especially when it was too hot walk to the main pool. Was upset that we were not informed about the waterpark being “maintained”. That really made me upset because I booked the resort for the waterpark. I complained to reception but they were very dismissive at first. I escalated to guest services and was offered an upgrade to platinum. So if you are going anytime soon and the waterpark is the reason why you booked the Princess family club, call or email them first to avoid the disappointment.

Pros: Great for families with kids. Lots of stuff for kids to do with their very engaging kids club and nice water park. The room setup is great for families The people are incredibly kind and patient. The resort itself is beautiful. A la carte restaurants were very good for the most part. Lots of fun night activities and one night per week vendors come to sell things and you can make some good deals. Cons: Room was damp but they gave a dehumidifier which helped. The buffet food really wasn't that good. We did find one roach in the room but they came and fumigated upon our request, was seen crawling out of the dehumidifier so maybe it came from wherever it was stored and not the room itself. While the room is great for families its by no means luxury. More budget and well suited for families. Overall it was a great trip with minor things that were addressed upon request.

We had an excellent stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good (best one for me was the Indian food at Samsara) and the Family Club had good amenities for the kids. I did take off one star since our room smelled like mold and there were drain flies in our sink. I didn’t mind since it is inevitable - insects come or fly in when the door to the swim up pool opens and the kids run in all wet from the pool. There were also some annoying, pushy salesmen for timeshares - they try to get you first by asking if you have received your “welcome package” in the room. Just be wary of that. The grounds were beautiful if you’re a walker and like to go for walks everyday. If you’re not, some restaurants and the beaches are quite far. There is a train for that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Only thing that I would suggest is a coffee bar in the lobby area for guests to have a small snack and a coffee while waiting for their excursion or their transfer to the airport.

A lot of different restaurants in the hotel that accommodates a large crowd. Many activities for adults and kids. The staff was very attentive to the guests and were very helpful with suggestions.

Housekeeping was excellent. Staff were very friendly. Loved the cleanliness of the resort. I had higher expectations for how good the food would be but still edible. The air conditioning in the rooms weren’t great. It also advertises that it’s all inclusive but it wasn’t. You had to pay for high quality food and drinks at certain restaurants. Overall, my family and I made the best of it and an enjoyable time.

Overall the resort was great. We got upgraded rooms upgraded with pool which was nice ofcourse we have to pay for it. If you are Indian and like Indian restaurant the food there was not good at all. Other italian restaurant was good the buffet was good with lot of fruits options. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Very clean they have mini bar in room. No microwave though.
