A lot of different restaurants in the hotel that accommodates a large crowd. Many activities for adults and kids. The staff was very attentive to the guests and were very helpful with suggestions.

The property was okay, nothing fancy. The rooms were clean but needed to be dusted in some areas. The bathroom shower needed more scrubbing. Most of the staff was helpful some nicer than others. The concierge was super pushy on this one hour presentation to get “gifts”. I had to tell him three different occasions that I was not interested and needed to stop asking. The property was very kid friendly and they always had something going on for the kids and adults. Drinks here were not the best. I drank beer most of the time because of the quality of the liquor. Over all experience I would rate it 3/5.

Overall the resort was great. We got upgraded rooms upgraded with pool which was nice ofcourse we have to pay for it. If you are Indian and like Indian restaurant the food there was not good at all. Other italian restaurant was good the buffet was good with lot of fruits options. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Very clean they have mini bar in room. No microwave though.

Over all the resort isn’t awful. However our stay was quite expensive and we didn’t totally love it. The food could have been better, I would’ve loved to see more authentic Dominican food. There’s one dessert parlor for all of the resort, and it was often hard to get any server to attend to you. I’ve seen some people go above and beyond but the consensus is that most of them will not go above and beyond. We had an issue with the AC but we were switched out so great. Shout out to Jerry in the front desk for that. There was very minimal entertainment for the family, everything was a beach party at 930pm.

For those who have kids and would also like to enjoy a good time with their wife or husband, this is the perfect place to go. While your kids are having fun, you can relax and enjoy yourself as well. The environment is simple, clean, and very welcoming. You’ll find a nice mix of people here, creating a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and always give their best, just like the food, which is consistently great. This was a decent resort but nothing really stood out as above average. Room was fine, I will say very good AC compared to some other places. WiFi was terrible, bought the premium WiFi for $20 and still couldn’t get into it most of the time. One restaurant we went to had rude staff that didn’t even offer drinks but the Mexican and tepanyakki were excellent.
