Amazing place to stay. Great pools, into the beach, plenty of dining options but the best of all, the staff. Our concierge, Angela was amazing. Always making dinner reservations for us at the time we wanted, same with playing paddle, champagne to our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I’ve been several times. My first time at this resort. This resort is gorgeous. The staff were amazing. The downside, the walls and a door missing for the bathroom. Extremely different. But we made it work.

The best kept secret of this resort is Pedro at the adults only beach club. Find him and experience the VIP treatment. He will think of every possible detail to make your day perfect! Harry the concierge at the reserve was great too! He made all the restaurant reservations, and made sure we had all the information of activities each day. The restaurants were good, don’t miss the stake house. Overall a great vacation hotel if you are looking to relax and reset.

I had a great experience thanks to Rafelin and the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. They were professional, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Their positive attitude really made a difference, and I would definitely come back because of the excellent service.

We went for a family vacation. Strengths are a great resort in a fantastic location. Rooms are excellent as well. Service can be somewhat spotty and language can be problematic at times. Also, dinner reservations process is a bit chaotic and if you are vegetarian, dinner options are limited. Otherwise, highly recommended. Amazing weather as well.

This is the first resort that we have ever been at that we did not need to race out at 7 am to save chairs!!! Tons of seating at the pool and the beach at all times! Very, very nice!

I never do all inclusive! This is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed from the cleanliness, the staff, the resort……I had a great time! It is really hard to leave! My room was very clean , spacious and beautiful! We had a swim up master suite I recommend getting that room! I can’t wait to come back.
