Beautiful facilities, my room exceeded my expectation, I had an ocean front, on the adults only side. I didn’t want to leave. Excelente service, the staff is super friendly and want to make sure you feel at home. Most of guests I talked to come repeatedly. Our concierge Senovia, amazing! The drinks were not always prepared perfectly and felt a bit inconsistent. Additionally, we found the dinner options to be quite limited. We ate at the buffet most nights but unfortunately did not enjoy the food, as many dishes lacked flavor and were not very delicious.It is a wonderful resort, but the dining and beverage quality definitely has room for improvement.

We just came back from vacation with a group of 12 people. We all loved the resort and hotel! The location of the resort is excellent, the amenities were all there and great, and the food was exceptional. My kid's favorite meal was lunch. The pools were so big, clean, and beautiful. The staff and all the people were so friendly, nice, and very helpful. Check in went very smoothly and the receptionist Michael did an excellent job. Thank you Michael! The best part about this hotel was the lobby when you first walk in with the beach view as advertised and the beach itself was absolutely gorgeous, but honestly that’s where it ends for me. Food is TERRIBLE, even at the restaurants, drinks are TERRIBLE, music is TERRIBLE or hardly any music, no activities or shows really, and most importantly, the staff are not too friendly and quite rude in my opinion. There were maybe 4 to 5 people l encountered that were friendly out of all the staff there. Another thing to note no one really spoke English. I would not recommend this place, don’t be deceived by the photos.

Amazing place to stay. Great pools, into the beach, plenty of dining options but the best of all, the staff. Our concierge, Angela was amazing. Always making dinner reservations for us at the time we wanted, same with playing paddle, champagne to our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything we needed was organized very quickly and no problems at all.
