Huge facility bring your walking shoes/sandals, food and staff were great. No shops worth shopping/1, night life was almost non existent, and beaches were always covered in sea weed, water had it to but felt good for October time of year. Bugs are doors and creeping through door frame at night. Beds were good but horrible pillows

My family and I had an extraordinary time. The hotel is beautiful, and the food—both at the buffet and the restaurants—was delicious. The staff provided excellent service; I would especially like to highlight Miguel Garrido, who was always attentive to my stay, schedules, and tours, and even checked in on us after we had returned home. Thank you to everyone; I hope to return soon.

Room was kind of put together roughly. Hot water was touch and go, but the room all in all was good. There were always random people trying to sell you up charges throughout the resort. Beach was nice enough, water was bad with sargassum, but it’s that time of the year. Pool and seating areas were great, lazy river was great.

The employees were nice and helpful. The room was great and the rooftop jacuzzi was great for when everything closed and we still wanted to relax in the water. The only negatives is the beach was full of seaweed and we also seen a couple of bugs in a restaurant.

My stay with my daughter ( 2 adults ) at Ocean El Faro was a great experience overall. This was the second time .The food was always enjoyable, and we especially loved the entertainment it was definitely one of the most attractive parts of the resort and made our stay fun and memorable. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness and positive attitude really added to the experience. Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed our vacation at Ocean El Faro!

Let me start by saying I haven’t been on vacation for a few years and couldn’t wait to be at the Ocean el Faro. We purchased the Privilege package and it was the best decision we made. Jose was our personal butler and he went over and beyond. He was in constant communication with us making sure we had everything we needed. Making dinner reservations for us picking us up every night to bring us to dinner. The property is so big the golf carts rides were well appreciated. Jose even brought an extension cord for us so we can use our firestick. I highly recommend the privilege because it gave us access to other restaurants like the Lighthouse and private sitting area to eat. It was perfect for us because the less people the better imo. Jose was truly amazing.
