The attention is received at Ocean El Faro was phenomenal. Great place for a family vacation. So many activities. Staff is wonderful. Franklin was our butler and was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay! Alberto at the pool bar was also great! Overall great experience. Lazy river was fun, enough shade at the beach, quick transportation around hotel, good variety of evening activities for the whole family. We were even assigned a butler!
