We loved our stay at El Beso! The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant selection was excellent, especially the Steakhouse and Pez Dama, which were highlights of our trip. A special thank you to Carlos, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He took care of our dinner reservations and was always kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

An absolutely outstanding stay! From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The pool and resort grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and the food was excellent. You can tell this place is run with real pride and care for its guests. Our trip was great!! From the moment we arrived, our concierge went the extra mile, treated us with respect, friendly, attentive, very helpful and knowledgeable, as well as the rest of the staff including the cafe employees, who went the extra mile making our favorite drinks!!! Food was good however the specialty restaurants should give a lil more food, and there should be more Dominican/latin food available. In conclusion we enjoyed it and everyone was very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!!!

I went for my honeymoon and let's just say I gained 10 happy pounds coming back the food was great the vibes were awesome and even the side for only adults was a plus, want to bring my kids sometime in the near future 10/10. The staff was so respectful and very prompt with anything we needed and wanted.

Loved the property and most of the amenities but the rooms and some of the spaces smelled like humidity. The food was great but I feel like the buffet lacked variety. Besides this it was a good experience!

We had a great time at El Beso. The staff was helpful and friendly. Special kudos to Miguel who helped us every day making sure we were having a good time. He was there helping us booking our dinners. Renee in the Spa was fantastic. I had the best massage ever. The food was good and the shows were better than other hotels we visited in Punta Cana. The hotel only down side was the beach, but we went to Macao Beach which is not too far from the hotel. Overall it was a good experience!

We stayed at the Beso section which is the adult only area. The pools were clean and not too crowded. Enough people to socialize and participate in the events and games/activities the resort had programmed for the day. The pool bars were stocked with enough spirits to make you any cocktail you ask for. The bar tenders were very respectful and social. They were overwhelmed at times but our experience was good. Our room was serviced every day. The room was iooclean, open , comfortable,

This is my second time staying at that hotel, and the service staff is very good. I will stay there again. The only thing is that the beach has seaweed, I know they were cooperating fully with that, it will be cleaned daily, but I can't wait until we can use the beach

We stayed on the el beso side and the property looks nice but there weren’t many activities to engage in. The shows were lackluster and the food was hit or miss. Didn’t like the fact that you had to be extra early to make reservations to the restaurants, and then some of them had dress codes to where you had to wear pants as if we’re not on vacation on a hot country. Some of the rooms and venues smelled moldy but overall it was a decent time. The staff were nice and friendly and property is big and clean for the most part. I wouldn’t return though.

The concierge Jose was very attentive and responsive whenever I had a question. He also saved me over $200 on travel back to Santo Domingo by recommending a shuttle bus that runs from Punta Cana to Santo Domingo airport! I highly recommend him to anyone traveling to El Beso.

Our concierge (Jose) was very attentive to supply basic needs like replenish room mini bar, coffee, and restaurant reservations. Pool entertainment and swim bar staff were very good. The food quality at all restaurants and service is sub standard based on our experience over 25 years visiting other DR and Mexico Mayan Rivera/Talum resorts.

The rooms could use a bit of an update, but honestly for the price it was exactly what we imagined! The staff were friendly and helpful, the buffet was good, pools were great. It was nice and calm, not too crowded or overrun with people. The beach had the seaweed or whatever it’s called but still lots of beach to walk and lay down. I wish there were a couple more restaurants but other than that it was a solid resort, very nice for couples 10/10 for sure! I would definitely come back here.

Writing Our trip to this resort was absolutely amazing! We had the time of our lives and honestly did not want to leave. The entertainment was fantastic, the food was delicious, and all the amenities were wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations! Our concierge, Jose, was truly exceptional! He worked tirelessly to ensure we had everything we needed. Whatever we asked for, Jose made it happen. He booked our dinners and went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special. We were delighted to find champagne chilling in an ice bucket when we arrived in our room. What a thoughtful and memorable surprise! Everyone made us feel like family, and the hospitality was outstanding. We will definitely be returning! If you're planning a trip to this resort, we highly recommend requesting Jose as your concierge. Mr. DeJesus’ service is complimentary, and he will take excellent care of you. He is attentive, dedicated, and truly committed to making his guests feel special. Thank you, Jose, and the entire team for making our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and can't wait to return!

I recently stayed at El Beso Adults Only at Ocean El Faro to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday, and I want to give a special shoutout to our amazing Guest Service Specialist, Carlos! From start to finish, Carlos went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, stress-free, and memorable. He assisted with dinner reservations for my mom’s birthday, arranged a birthday cake to make her celebration extra special, and helped coordinate additional dining reservations throughout our stay. He also made sure our airport transportation was arranged and coordinated tram pickups directly from our room so we could easily get around the resort. What truly stood out was Carlos’s attentiveness, responsiveness, and genuine care. No matter what we needed, he was always willing to help and made us feel like a priority. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Carlos truly made a difference in our vacation experience, and we are so grateful for everything he did to make my mom’s milestone birthday special. If you’re staying at El Beso at Ocean El Faro, I highly recommend Carlos! He is a wonderful example of exceptional hospitality and a true asset to the resort. Thank you again, Carlos!

Had a swim up suite, room was clean and well maintained, pool was cleaned nightly. Our concierge was very attentive, messaged in the morning, booked dinner reservations, and answered questions. Resort was meticulously kept. The issue we had was the rest of the staff. Many would communicate very little, there was a language barrier but we felt avoided often. The food is also not great. Buffet was the worst option, specialty restaurants were better but left something to desire. We did enjoy the breakfast buffet in the el beso restaurant. As a budget resort we didn’t have super high expectations but the staff and food could use some attention.
