I liked the pool, bar, cafe and the beach snack areas. The buffet food had few options and mostly pork. The entertainment was short of an hour or less a lot of times. Other than that the staff is great and the pool slides and kids clubs were nice for the kids. If they better there food and entainment i think is a 5 star for sure thats why i gave it a 4.

I love the tropical vibe and how friendly the staff were l. The only thing is that the tray collection for room service? They took the entire dad to remove our breakfast trays and room keeping sometimes skipped over our room when we were not in the room... I loved the place, my VIP access and services. Everything was nice. Employees, services, entertainments, 24 hrs room cleaning, access to every pools, jacuzzi. It is really family friendly resort, my kids enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Especially I'd like to thank my concierge for such great service he provided, Jose. He was always available to answer my questions through Whatsup messages, reserved each restaurants for us without any problems, made unforgettable 11-th birthday for my daughter. Even he ordered and delivered the cake to the restaurant where we celebrated birthday for her. He made all of us happy. Wonderful place, clean food and services. Thank you very much for such services!!!! We are willing to come back again next year.

It is an amazing place. I miss it everyday since coming back. The best service and the people seemed like they wanted to be there. The cocktail were sooo nice and the food was delicious. I wish we lived closer to come back every year.

We had a great time here. One of the best resorts we have been too. Food was great, load of options and didn’t have to pre book or wait. We had a private concierge called Junior Chavez who was great a took care of us the whole time we were there, definitely gave it the VIP experience. We would love to go back!

Great resort for families (our kids are 10+). It has everything you need to too keep your kids entertained while enjoying your stay. We travel with another family and stayed in the preferred area and the staff was absolutely amazing. Our personal concierge Billy Sano made are stay even more memorable, he took care of reservations, special request and more. Highly recommend if you want to disconnect and have everything taken care for your. Note: My wife went to the Spa and mentioned that the facilities were a bit dated but overall experienced and attention form the spa was excellent.

From the moment we arrived, we had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very family-friendly. The pools and beach were gorgeous, and there was always something to enjoy. The food was one of the highlights of our trip. We especially loved Portofino — the food, atmosphere, and service were exceptional and it was by far one of our favorite dinners. We also really enjoyed Fusion and Seaside Grill. We loved having so many different dining options included in our stay. What really made our vacation special was the service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and worked so hard to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We traveled as a family with our son and felt comfortable and welcomed everywhere. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and made beautiful family memories. Dreams Royal Beach exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely recommend it to families looking for a relaxing, fun, all-inclusive vacation in Punta Cana. We would definitely come back! ❤️🌴🇩🇴

She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed, reminding us about activities and services, and greeting us with a warm smile and charming personality. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our vacation even more memorable. All of the staff at the resort were friendly, professional, and provided excellent service, and we truly appreciate everyone's hard work.
