We had a good overall experience at Melia. The landscaping was beautiful, the food had a good variety, and the water park was great for kids. We had a wonderful stay at Melia Caribe Beach Resort in Punta Cana. The room was clean, comfortable, and very nice. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Mr. Juan Santos the hotel manager , who was extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable with his excellent customer service and kindness. The food was good with plenty of options to choose from, and the service throughout the resort was excellent. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience. We would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Very beautiful hotel! The beach was beautiful clean! The staff was so kind, my son mentioned to them that he was going to the beach and they gave him some beach toys. The food was good, the drinks were really good. Only problem i left like i was waiting a lonnng time for the trolleys to pick us from places. And i tried ordering room service noone ever picked up but overall it was a wonderful experience. Wonderful hotel!

The Good - Great experience, we loved the location, the views were stunning, staff were friendly, overall had a really good time. The Bad - Although the hotel and its grounds were huge, it just lacked something. The location of the night entertainment lacks the social aspect. We much preferred the bar down at rumba next to the beach, just a shame the entertainment wasn't down that end of the hotel at night. The restaurant booking was a faff, sometimes missing out and having to use the extremely busy buffet. Tapenyaki was beaut by the way. Overall, we did enjoy but would like to try other hotels next time.

And that's it for the good things I could say the service is terrible, transportation was a nightmare rooms are a bit out of date our the safety box in the room does not work, I was also offered complimentary wine during check-in, but it was never delivered for make things worse, when we tried to complain, nobody was willing to help.

This was our second stay at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort, and once again we had an amazing vacation! One of the biggest reasons our trip was so enjoyable was because of our wonderful ambassador, Anyerina Gautreaux. Anyerina was always available whenever we needed assistance and went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed. She was kind, professional, caring, and always greeted us with a smile. Traveling with children can be challenging, but she made our stay easy, stress-free, and truly special. Meliá Caribe Beach Resort was a very nice, family-friendly resort. I loved all the activities they had for the kids; there was always something fun to do. Diego was amazing and very helpful during our check-in. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, and he was able to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The amenities and room were very nice. The only downside I would say is that they didn’t always have beach towels available, and it was sometimes hard to get in contact with the lobby. Other than that, it was a good stay overall. If you’re looking for a perfect resort for kids, I would definitely recommend this one. The Fun Republic area was also amazing and added so much fun to the experience.

The rooms were spacious and clean; however, I believe any stained bed sheets should be replaced to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. For added safety, especially for families with children, it would also be beneficial to have locks installed on the room doors. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. Since the property is quite large, it would be helpful if the trolley service circulated more frequently. The food was amazing, the pool was excellent, and the bar service was outstanding. Our personal concierge, Any, was fantastic. She made all of our dinner reservations, gave us helpful information on hours of operation, and walked us through spa options. Honestly, all the staff was so kind and attentive. They made us feel like kings and queens the entire vacation. This wasn't our first time at Melia Caribe. We visited 10 years ago and loved it so much that we knew we had to come back. This time around, there was even more to enjoy, including a game room and a splash park for even more fun. As frequent travelers, we don't say this lightly: we will definitely be returning. Melia Caribe continues to exceed expectations, and we can't wait for our next visit.

The pools where nice and clean, beach area clean only on the level side, make sure you get your room on the level area, the deluxe room, needs a little TLC. Breakfast: the eggs and fruits were good, but you you want pancakes,French toast they were very hard, they said that we had to make reservations to restaurant for dinner, but sometimes they didn’t have any space for us. Buffet restaurant where okay, I ate something that made me very sick of my stomach, then my husband got sick, we were 9 in total only two didn’t get sick of their stomach. Staff very helpful

I had a great experience staying at Meliá Caribe Beach Resort in Punta Cana. The property is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and easy access to a stunning beach. The resort is very large, but transportation around the property was convenient and made getting around easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always willing to help and make sure guests were comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and provided everything needed for a relaxing vacation. I especially enjoyed the variety of food and drinks available. There were plenty of dining options, so it was easy to find something different each day. The pools were clean and enjoyable, and there were lots of activities available for guests who wanted to stay active or be entertained. I would definitely recommend Meliá Caribe Beach Resort to anyone visiting Punta Cana and would happily stay here again in the future!

The rooms are a tired,grounds are huge but there are several land trains running all the time. Staff barley speaks English it's hard to communicate and they dont try to help, they will just ignore.pros: bar bartenders are amazing, and the lobby bar espresso martini was good and Mexican restaurant had good food and one very overwhelmed server that does not speak English.
