The rooms were slightly outdated, however we did not spend much of our day there! The lobby, the pools, entertainment and buffet areas were AMAZING! Everything was well kept and food never ran low! I absolutely loved staying at this hotel and would 10/10 recommend and stay again. I have visited Melia hotels before but this one is top tier. Every single staff was helpful, kind, and ready to answer questions. All of the amenities were great, the restaurants were delicious, and every night they had activities in the front. I paid for the LEVEL vip suite and it offers way more perks and everything at the hotel.

The staff at level were amazing , at the restaurant met Raul and Perfecto they really took care of us . What really bother us and other guess were the sales rep for time share , they didn’t care if you were eating breakfast lunch or dinner they would harass you in person or by text , didn’t take no for answer, to annoying .

I highly recommend Melia Caribe. The resort is beautiful and excellent. The beach, grounds and pools are beautiful. Rooms are well maintained, and very clean. The restaurants are very nice and offer fresh, high quality, great variety, and great tasting food. In addition entertaintment was very good and shows and music were fun. The staff is very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. We felt welcome by the people who work for Melia. I really appreacity the friendly and helpful staff including Yohana (Riviera), Reynardo Sanches, Yordi Cedeño (Level lobby), and Franciti Marcial (cart driver).

Enjoyed our stay with the family. Any Liriano was very helpful to accommodate us. She asked daily if there was anything we needed. The resort is big has many things to do daily. Beach is nice but has too much seaweed I guess it depends what month you are coming if you get more seaweed or less seaweed, but they try to maintain the beach in the sand by cleaning the seaweed daily.
