The whole establishment is not reliable. The location sited on Expedia is wrong. Office is hidden and you have to ask few people to reach. The apartment has cocroaches. Pillows and matrix has stains and outdated.

Rooms are in very poor condition, they try to make you sign a contract before seeing the room that states you have seen it and have “no complaints” and cannot be refunded. They also state if the food or conditions cause illness that could be “LIFE THREATENING” they will not be liable. If you don’t sign you can’t check in, so we had to sign under duress as we couldn’t find a new hotel for the same night. There’s also no beach access and sink water smells like sewage. We moved to Hotel HM Bavaro beach down the street which was incredible, stay there, do not stay here.
