It was the best vacation ever.I would like to give special thanks to the staff, they made my family and I feel like royalty. I loveee Ñoño at the buffet, he was amazing. Always waited for us with a big smile and a beautiful table setting.

I have been at this resort before and I like the place itself and its surroundings. I also liked The food at the buffet which was Always fresh and offered many varieties to choose from but I ate at some of the restaurants and the menu was good too. As always the staff was great and made every effort to comply with most requests I had. I’ll definitely return to this place

The food and drinks were just ok. There was very little entertainment or things to do. The staff was polite but not very helpful and many spoke no or little English. The room was huge and the pools were super nice. The resort is large so lots of walking

I enjoyed my stay except for the food. The specialty restaurants were generally better than the buffet, but most of the food was not very good. Other than that, I found the property to be well maintained and the staff to be friendly and helpful. The pool was particularly nice with the swim up bar. I also enjoyed the daily activities offered by the resort. I would not recommend staying here to foodies, but if you’re not looking for gourmet meals, it’s doable.

The restaurants were mediocre at best, and most of the time they were poor. Their supposedly good restaurant, Limbo, had no air-conditioning and it must’ve been over 100° in there. The bartender said the air conditioning had not been working for months. The food at all of the restaurants was at best mediocre usually poor. The service was excellent, and the facilities were clean. There was too much seaweed in the summertime.
