This is a great place. People are super friendly and the breakfast is wonderful. Rooms are decent. Look it’s not a luxury resort but it’s clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is great. You can actually walk around town here which is pretty cool.

The breakfast included was great each day. The apartment was clean and spacious. Kitchenette could have had a few extra things like dish rags, cheese grater, and a toaster. The gentleman that assisted us on check in was amazing. So helpful and pleasant. Gave us all the information we needed. Short distance to the beach each day and never had an issue finding chairs or palapa in our area. Beach was beautiful and hardly had any sargassum. Our pool was nice too. Very quiet as well.

Rosa the property manager is the best manager of anywhere I have ever stayed. These properties have anything anyone would want while staying at DM, from their quaint European villas to their family oriented apartments. The property manager Rosa is the best!! We stayed at three different villas/apartments due to family joining us for our trip and Rosa was a wonderfull host helping us with our every need. This is the most beautiful stay on the beach literally just a minute from the beach from the quaint villas to minutes from the apartments with a full kitchen with multiple bedrooms. This is a very safe and secure property with Rosa being the best host of anywhere I have ever stayed.

I read a lot about this property before booking. It had mixed reviews from guests. My unit did not have hot water and one day the electricity went out for multiple hours. The pool and pool area are in need of cleaning and updating. Because this is not an all inclusive, people hound you on the beach non stop for braids, excursions, ect. Breakfast was included each day from a restaurant down the beach and it was really good!! My kids enjoyed the stray cats roaming the property. This property has great potential but updates need to be made, they lost me at no hot water to shower.

The property is located right by the beach. Just a 2-3 min walk and you are on the beach. The breakfast included at the beach club was very nice. The staff at the property were very helpful and friendly. Our apartment was on the ground floor which was very good specially for our parents. The ppol was right outside the apartment which my daughter and all of totally enjoy. The pool was very clean and well maintained. The apartment was nice It was just perfect for our family of 5. The only thing we found could improve is the condition of the cabinets in the kitchen and the windows in the bathrooms. The cabinets doors were not closing properly. And the bathroom windows were not sealed. One bathroom did not even have a net covering which allowed insects and mosquitoes to get in easily. Overall it was a good experience but could have been the best if the bathroom windows didn't have the problem. Thats why I'm giving 4 stars otherwise would have given 5 stars.
