The air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work well; the heat at night is horrible. They turn it off and keep the temperature very high all the time—bring a fan.

Terrible service, no one knows where restaurants are, property is too big and restare far away. The worst part of this is that if you order a coffee to your room it’s $10. Every time you order room service it’s $10. This feature is free in even the worst hotels and they charge $10. Buffet food is ok, restaurants are the worst. You have to make reservations, and all are filled. Other resorts are open reservations. I hated this hotel, really hated this hotel. Only water and soda in the fridge…. Water and soda. Other resorts give you juice, chips, chocolate. I really hate this hotel, paying a premium price and and getting really bad service instead

Me gsuto mucho el hotel es hermoso le falta algunos detalles todavía para estar bien todavía están remodelando y aveces se escucha el ruido , las mucamas deben educarlas que no pueden andar voceando cuando asen la limpieza y los bares de la picina cierran a las 6 y tú vas a la 5:30 y ya ellos limpiaron y no tienen Romo , el servicio a la habitación le falta un poquito a la calidad de la comida después está bien la comida es buena y el personal también nos trató bien El entrenamiento también es bueno yo lo con el poco tiempo que tienen lo recomiendo más que otros hoteles de años a en lo personal me gustó mucho en enero vuelvo con mis hijos

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Lo recomiendo totalmente Nuestra experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. La habitación estaba cómoda, muy limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. La atención al cliente fue excelente; todo el personal siempre fue muy atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La comida estuvo riquísima, pero tengo que destacar especialmente el restaurante Enclave. ¡La comida es verdaderamente premium! 🤌🏼✨ Excelente calidad, presentación y sabor. El chef, los meseros y todo el equipo hicieron que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sinceramente, no tengo quejas. Mi recomendación es que no se dejen llevar únicamente por algunos reviews negativos. Dense la oportunidad de vivir la experiencia y sacar sus propias conclusiones, porque para nosotros fue un 10/10 y definitivamente lo recomendamos. ❤️
