We had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the staff were consistently kind and attentive. A special thanks to the housekeeper who checked in daily to make sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a great experience, and we’d happily recommend this hotel to others.

Everyone is very kind, accommodating and amazing. I noticed as an American traveler traveler, there were people of many different cultures there. Be prepared to utilize Google translate and learn the language! It’s important to help immerse yourself in the culture. But all of the staff are very and helpful. Very kind and accommodating to all needs.

The property is very nice, with 2 pools. One is a deeper pool and one is shallower. The rooms have been recently updated and are standard to what you'd expect. The food was good, with a variety of options. The beach was nice and has white sand and very little seaweed. The shows were good and the entertainment team works very hard every night. There's a small casino on site as well as a disco. The resort was very nice and wood recommend this resort.

The staff was great but the food was very average. I did wish there was greater entertainment that didn’t include guest and something included for the kids to get them out of the sun… like a game room that was not for money. Beds and room were cozy. Circus was great. Again staff was amazing!

This is a basic all-inclusive resort without the frills and more contemporary/modern looks and features of its neighboring family of resorts. However, it was charming and lovely place to vacation. Everyday at the pool and beach front was perfect.

Food is awful….gross mystery meat for omelette station, buffet was not stocked and cleaned properly. No swim up bar, no waitress service at pool. They let vendors come into lobby at night and they are very aggressive! The room was clean and our housekeeper did a great job.

Overall we had a very good time dispite having 1/2 of our stay rained out. Entertainment was very good most days.Lovely super friendly staff Domenica side appears more forthcoming in helpfullness why i dont know. The buffet is better than many 4.5 star resorts i stayed at (mostly in mexico). The only restaurant experience we enjoyed was the French restaurant. The Mediterranean and US were sub par you get much better food and choices at the buffet.

Overall it’s beautiful, most of the staff is friendly and helpful. I wish they would pay better attention to the beach/pool chairs, a lot of them need fixing. They need to pay better attention to the food expiring also, things were sometimes sour tasting or going bad or just too old/recycled.
