This was the best experience ever primarily because of the staff. They would trip over each other to wait on a visitor. So happy to take care of the guests. I want to thank the staff for making our vacation so special. As a second, this place is beautiful. So well maintained. So clean everywhere you looked. And third, every restaurant was so good. Food was fresh and served hot. We wished we could’ve stayed there longer.

Before anything, I have to mention the staff at JOIA. Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and that made the trip so much more enjoyable. Our butlers Danilo and Edward were lovely and constantly gave us daily updates with everything happening each day with hours of the restaurants. They were always asking if we needed anything and decorated our room for us (we were on our honeymoon). Maria our concierge was also very sweet and personally reached out to make sure everything was going smoothly. She also helped us with reservations. It was really nice to be at a resort where staffs energy was very welcoming! The resort itself was just beautiful. The breeze from the ocean to the lobby seating area was my favourite part. Food was delicious, especially the restaurants (the Italian one was my favourite). Overall a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

This place surpassed our expectations, but what really made the difference was the staff. We celebrated my wife's birthday, we weren't expecting anything special from anyone but to our surprise there was a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. Everyone from the receptionist to the waitress were just absolutely friendly and always asked if they could do anything for us. This place is just remarkable.
