This is a good resort. The ground is impeccable. Lots of restaurants to choose from, drinks are top shelves especially in the club level bars. My suggestion is to have One dance club in this resort, it will top all other resorts in Cap Cana.

The property was incredible and the staff were even better. It is sargassum season so the beach at the resort is not swimming friendly. You can do excursions off property where the water is fine. However, the pools are perfect for a day of relaxing and swimming.

Hyatt Cap Cana Zilara is a premium property and the service, staff, hospitality and amenities are outstanding. Shout out to all the staff and management for keeping the property in such a great condition. Great food and drinks at all restaurants and bars we tried just about all of them. This is an incredible resort. Clean, courteous staff, excellent food, fun for adults and children. One issue: some staff didn’t speak English which caused some awkward moments. Unfortunately, my daughter and I became very ill with intestinal issues. We are still suffering, a week after returning home.

"Wow! The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food is absolutely delicious and top-tier quality! Every single facility is impeccably maintained. The Larimar Spa is an absolute must-visit—truly outstanding! This is a phenomenal hotel and definitely a place where you'll want to spend several days, over and over again. Beautiful resort, everyone who worked there were extremely helpful, kind and professional. The food was great, we ate at the buffet for breakfast which was great. Everything was fresh and delicious. We had a very enjoyable stay. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and our ocean-view room was comfortable with an excellent view. The staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants, bars, pools, and easy access to the beach. Upgrading the room was expensive, but the additional restaurant access and VIP benefits added value to the experience. The resort was a great place to relax between excursions, and we would recommend it to couples looking for a comfortable, upscale vacation in Punta Cana.
