Wonderful resort! Staff was excellent, rooms and property were clean. My only let down was the entertainment. Went with a group of 10. We are not major party people but the pools were very quiet. The entertainment was on the Dreams side and was geared to families. Not much to do after dinner.

The preferred customers should have the better liquors on the top shelf at the pool and the bar. But they hide it behind the bar and make you ask for it. We paid a premium price. Nonsense! The food is not worth the money paid for the resort. Go to Excellence and they have 7 or 8 restaurants with top level food. The Italian restaurant is terrible and so is coastal grill.

I stayed at this resort through the Preferred Club and had such a relaxing experience. The beach is why I booked this resort, and it did not disappoint. The water was crystal clear with no seaweed, and the sand was soft and beautiful. The spa was amazing as well, my husband and I booked full body massages and loved it. The resort itself is gorgeous, and I liked that every restaurant had its own menu. My only issue was the limited chicken options since I do not eat other meats. Breakfast became repetitive, and there were not many chicken choices around the resort, I would have loved to have some wings or fry chicken on the menu. Other than that, this resort was truly a 10/10 and I would definitely return.
