A beautiful resort with very friendly staff. Everyone was very professional and willing to go the extra mile with anything. Food was delicious at all restaurants. Hotel property is beautiful- beach is beautiful the rest is ok- not worth the price even if you are a preferred guest and honestly not real sure of the actual benefits- cold oily spring rolls? - there are better options - and don’t book an uber and if you do- please advise the concierge to ensure they can clear the gate to access the property- no one’s tells customers this information- we had to wait for 4 Ubers to access the property- good and bad I get it but being informed is the point.
