The rooms were really clean and nice. The staff was great my entire stay. Luis The expedia rep was above and beyond great customer service. He made sure I had the best birthday week of.my life. My wife and I will return. Pools.were great, Adelita Rest and La Paisana were great. He made that happen as well.

It’s a beautiful large property, but there are many sized vehicles racing around all of the roads. The rooms are beautiful, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and the food is plentiful. As expected at this time of year, the beach was not at its best.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My concierge, Cesar was great and made sure we had everything we needed.. This hotel complex has a few buffets with good variety of food, the restaurants were not that great with the exception of the Hibachi which was phenomenal. Plenty of activities during the day and night. Overall, great place to vacation.

Excellent hotel as far as amenities. Beach did have alot of seaweed but is expected during this time of year. Customer service in the buffets could be better. Room service staff was excellent. Steak house restaurant did take a long time for food. Overall had a great experience.

We had an amazing stay, there was the breakfast manager Angel his service is out of this world. Very helpful. Definitely coming back. Not forgetting Raldy from the lunch Buffett . He is amazing we will surely miss him, we met him again last night at the Portofino Italian restaurant and he recognized us. It felt like home, so sad we didn’t get to see Angel on our last breakfast. We looked for him. We highly recommended this property. We will definitely come soon, thank you family 🇩🇴♥️

Luis was the concierge staff assigned to Expedia guests. He was responsive and professional. He ensured that our vacation was special and we were treated very well! I picked this resort because of the Baby Club services. My one-year old daughter had a blast with the Baby Club staff and they took amazing care of her. Carome was her 1:1 teacher and she was so attentive to her, which was a relief as I took some mommy time at the spa and the beach. I highly recommend!

The staff was great especially Joel aka “Tutti Frutti”, he made our experience that much better :) they have their entertainment team always working on something and every day we were there for the whole week there was an event or showing going on that kept things interesting. All the wait staff was very nice, the room was very nice and the hotel was pretty clean. Right on the beach with a snack bar overlooking the beach. 10/10 stay!
