The place is definitely a bit older, but the resort is nice. The place is super big, so pools and places don’t feel crowded. Grounds are kept well and pools are clean. Loved that the beach is so close and absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are a bit older, but still decent. One of the things we didn’t like is that we couldn’t do any sport activities in the evening at the sports area because they wouldn’t leave the lights on after 7pm. We would’ve loved to play when it was so hot.

Loved the stay at this hotel. We recived a room upgrade which was very much appropriate since it was 5 steps away from the beach. Edwin or concierge was amazing. He helped daily with restaurant reservation,checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The coffee shop also made amazing coffee.

The staff aren’t very friendly in all places and not all have great English, tips are expected to get better/friendly service. Our server at the sports bar was very unpleasant. Several people in my group had issues with their rooms, but ours was great! Housekeepers were very friendly, and easy check in. The resort itself was huge and close to the water! Food was average, and drinks were great :)
