We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The property is large, which helps spread guests out and keeps it from feeling overcrowded. The buffet offered a wide variety of food, although the quality was average. I highly recommend making reservations at the specialty restaurants, as they provided a much better dining experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room (2030) was in a perfect location—close enough to the beach and pool for convenience, but far enough away to avoid the noise and activity from those areas.

Staff is excellent, everyone will help you, from the bell boys to the cleaning personnel. Don't hesitate and ask. Luis at the Expedia counter was incredible, he promptly and efficiently helped us resolve an issue with our room and got us an upgrade.

The stay was amazing!!! The staff were very helpful and polite. The food was great!! A lot of different options to choose from. The only negative thing I have to say was all the seaweed on the shore of the beach. It was so much even at the beginning of the water when you first go in, I tried to get past it but I couldn’t. I stayed in the water for 3 minutes before I had my boyfriend carry me out all the way to and from the beach chairs. Other than that I really enjoyed myself.

Nice size & ability to move around the complex walking & with shuttles. Good food & friendly staff. Booked during last minute cancellation at a local condo. Saved our trip planned from October!

The resort was very clean and the beach and views were beautiful. Some staff were very friendly and helpful. We had many issues in our room including no air conditioning for the first night. Food was decent. Overall, the stay was okay but I wouldn’t come back.

The place is definitely a bit older, but the resort is nice. The place is super big, so pools and places don’t feel crowded. Grounds are kept well and pools are clean. Loved that the beach is so close and absolutely gorgeous. Rooms are a bit older, but still decent. One of the things we didn’t like is that we couldn’t do any sport activities in the evening at the sports area because they wouldn’t leave the lights on after 7pm. We would’ve loved to play when it was so hot.

Loved the stay at this hotel. We recived a room upgrade which was very much appropriate since it was 5 steps away from the beach. Edwin or concierge was amazing. He helped daily with restaurant reservation,checked in to make sure everything was okay during our stay. The coffee shop also made amazing coffee.

As soon as I got to the resort, the staffs were so welcoming. Extremely helpful, even with a language barrier they tried their very best to communicate with you. They weren’t pushy to get you to buy anything, no obligations. They understood you just want to enjoy your vacation. It’s their job to sell or advertise certain amenities/activities/memeberships/tours, like any overseas vacation. They made everything accessible, making reservations was easy. They don’t expect tipping. Although I tipped $1-$5 for exceptional & kind service. It was my kids & my first time at an all inclusive resort & also out in the Dominican Republic. Though we stayed in the resort the entire stay, it was great. There were activities to do at certain times (if you choose to). Of course my kiddos just wanna be in the water & be around the swim up bar . We ate dinner at a different restaurant each night. I would try to reserve dinner at the restaurants before arriving because they’re right about these restaurants being popular & booked up. I got lucky & was able to reserve dinner while I was here. I wouldn’t say everyone would be as lucky. So I would definitely recommend to reserve any dinner prior to arriving. I hope this helps anyone that is coming to the grand palladium Punta Cana :)
