This resort was fantastic, the rooms were very clean, the private swim up pool in our room was amazing, the staff was great (special shout outs to Mayelin, Cesar and Rashel!) The food was amazing as was all the entertainment/amentities. We went for a week for my brother-in-law's wedding and will definetly be coming back at some point in the future.

Staff were amazing and very knowledgeable with the resort so getting around was a lot easier! Rooms were cleaned to perfection. No long lines for food or buffets or at the bar! These people work quick and efficient and provide amazing service. Restaurants have great food as well. Pool areas were always fun and very clean. Night time has fun things to do as well. Highly recommend!

Please be aware not to buy the tours in the hotel, they will scam you. Also the transport provided by the hotel is a problem. Be carefull to leave the bags to the hotel staff, mine were given to another guest when leaving the hotel, I have to go to the airport to recover them. The hotel not even say sorry because they lost my bags, worse experience I have ever had in a hotel. Food is fine.

The beach was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were kept clean and the food was great. Caesar our personal concierge was amazing and we wanted for nothing during our stay. A quick walk down the beach provided a massage, tiki bar and Onno's beach side bar that had amazing tacos. The spa was very relaxing and we were a short drive from the airport. The property was very spread out. The beach and pool restrooms were broken so you had to go to lobby or your room. They didn’t clean the beach the first three days we were there so the sargassum smell was quite bad. Many of the restaurant staff showed little to no energy or enthusiasm to serve patrons. The food was be try low quality - no variety and odd buffet / restaurant hours. The gym/spa were above average and the coffee bar was be try nice. Entertainment was below average.

We liked the large amount of selections food wise and our concierge was nice and helpful. We did not like how loud the staff was every morning and into the afternoon. Soundproofing could really be improved on. If you usually take an afternoon nap or sleep in, this isn’t the best place for that. Lastly, we did not like the large amount of people constantly walking around trying to sell us stuff (spa, jewelry, sunglasses, etc.). There’s a lot of that on the beach when people want a quiet and relaxing place to just lounge and sunbathe.

The property was beautiful and right on the beach. We loved our swim out room. The food was pretty good with a few things needing a bit more flavor/ seasoning but no real complaints. We spent majority of our time at the swim up bars and had a blast. Caesar was amazing as our personal concierge. He made sure we had whatever we needed. The travel club representatives approached us immediately at check in and were slightly deceptive and pushy but I guess that’s expected with any sales people. He even started arguing me after we were finally firm on saying no but I would say that was the only negative. Overall 9/10.

A multitude of minor issues kept cropping up including downgraded room option(! be aware), and most of them stemmed from inadequate staff training at all levels! If it hadn't been for our concierge, Cesar, I don't know if we would have managed to successfully complete our family vacation. Cesar is the only person we dealt with who performed his job at the highest professional level, and I say this without any exaggeration whatsoever. Food ibn buffets was mediocre. Food in specialty restaurants was a little better, but never rise to 5 star level. Pool bar was no too great, but regular bars at the lobby, etc... was good. Hemingway bar was great place to be, with the life entertainment and drinks! Entertainment in general was not that great, but i hope that entertainment schedule was posted somewhere, because some small live events couldn;t be missed if we were aware.

Everything was wonderful. The staff all over the resort was always willing to help. Cezar was always available for anything we needed. Even helped with surprise birthday party. Our room was kept perfect even on the weekend. It was a great holiday.
