Our stay at the resort was overall great! We stayed at the family selection and our butler Raquel was AMAMZING! He truly made our stay easy and carefree. Some of the restaurants weren’t great and service was mediocre. But overall was had a wonderful trip! We highly recommend the chic cabaret…the entertainment was outstanding!

We landed early and got to the hotel at noon. Our room wasn't ready so we went to the buffet for lunch. At around 2pm we went back to the lobby to see if our room was ready. People who were just coming in and checking in were getting their rooms so I asked again if our room was ready. Finally after asking we received our room. Once we got to our room, there were some bugs on the couch which they opened up for us. They quickly gave us a new room and it was great. The place is HUGE, staff is very friendly. Butler service could have been better, we were not so happy with ours.
