This was a great place to stay. The scenery throughout this hotel was amazing with a palm tree in every view. Great pools, great beach, clean hotel rooms. Love the outdoor barbecues and the Japanese restaurant. Juan Jalpay was our butler and he was so amazing and helped us with everything throughout our stay

Property is beautiful and well maintained, staff is great even with language barrier. Food needs a lot of work too salty, oily, and sometimes undercooked.

GP is an awesome resort. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Amenities are well maintained. Our helper (or butler as they call) was Víctor who was outstanding! He anticipated things that we could need, coordinated dinner reservations for us, and also helped us to reserve some tours. He was always there for anything and worried about what we may need. When we come back, we’ll make sure that he’ll be the one assisting us.

The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Staff is friendly and have excellent attention to detail. Reservations for a là carte restaurants are seamless and the food is good as well. The buffets also have the option to order à la carte as well. There are plenty of beach chairs and towels for everyone and no waking up early to secure a spot. There are activities for all age ranges and my kids actually enjoyed the kids club for the first time ever.

Distance between Villas and pool + lobby was quite long. It was a lot of walking for our elderly family member. We also booked connecting rooms and did not receive them. Staff was accommodating, helpful, and friendly. I just wished we were able to receive the rooms we requested.
