Great all inclusive hotel and great accommodations excellent overal. ***Bartenders at the main beach pool can use some supervision and guidance since the took their sweeeeeeet time to serve..That happened for 2 days and thru the whole day .Other than that ; highly I will recommend this beautiful resort to anyone thanks

Staff at the All inclusive were amazing and upbeat. They looked to be enjoying their time as much as we enjoyed ours. Bahia Principe Grand Punta Cana was a great choice

Beautiful clean property! The staff were friendly and fun. I would def stay here again. The only thing I was not a fan of is the buffet, but that is me. We had scheduled dinning every night at the restaurants and the food and experience was fantastic. Very enjoyable week!!!

Clean property, fairly friendly staff. Their wait staff in the dinning hall could be a little more attentive but given the volume of customers I see how it can be overwhelming. However, overall the hotel was a good budget option.

Clean rooms, staffing is effective, the amenities are very good, they work 24/7 and clean all the amenities even those not used. Very pleased with the overall experience. The buffet had plenty of diverse food, going from sushi to Italian, local or European. The flame restaurant had very good ribeye steaks, I will return here for sure.

The front desk was excellent the people that takes care of the room was excellent all the rest it was beside one or two person it was the worst I ever say with bad attitude and really nasty people and beside One driver all the other driver with the golf cart they was really really bad it's not until I would recommend the person that they care for my anniversary it was excellent fantastic person all the front desk are really good people

Staff could be friendlier. Locations of the activities and dinners would be nice. App was not helpful. Tv didn’t work first night. A/c was weak in the room. Seaweed was terrible on the beach. Would book a cruise again for my next vacation!

Was not happy with the pools closing at 7pm every night. Seems a bit early. Sun is still out. The restaurant had long lines for the requested meals like omelets for breakfast or pasta your way for dinner. The section that had pizza rarely kept the plain cheese pizza stocked. But would have 6 speciality pizzas ready like corn pizza and mushroom pizza. So I found all of this this lacking when they say they are kid friendly. Pools open til at least 9 and cheese pizza for the kiddos should be a must. My review is based off of us bringing along 4 kids and wanting a fun family vacation. I would probably visit again for an adults only trip.

Saona Island was amazing and the most beautiful blue water I've seen. We enjoyed the snorkeling, swimming in the shallow blue water, and the beach. At Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana, we had the best times of our lives in recent times! From the arrival at the resort, the warm welcome by the bell men to the ever-smiling front desk, to the amazing housekeepers, spacious room, neat and very tidy, too, the beautiful ple tidal beaches, the very natural beachfront, the very delicious varieties of free drinks at every bar around the resorts (and there were many), to the many amenities that we couldn't even explore! I won't forget the very delicious and high quality buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, even the dinner reservations we were treated. My family had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana! We would be coming back again, definitely! I recommend Scarlet for her exceptional service to us, ad ensuring that our dinner reservations plus extra night reservation was on-poi t! Honestly, all the staff of the resort are trained to guarantee every guest and amazing experience. They are the best and we're grateful for their wonderful services and a very cheerful demeanor while at it.

We went at the worse time. The beach was full of disgusting, smelly seaweed. The beach was brown not the beautiful blue you see in the pictures. This meant the pools were crowded and the blue water park is not included for all resort guests, only ones who stay at the specific Bahia Esmeralda resort. Our bed sheets smelled really bad and we had to request new ones. However, the food was okay and the drinks were delicious. The resorts is huge and the bedrooms are very beautiful and spacious.

We stayed at this all-inclusive just 4 days ago, so this is the most up-to-date review you'll find! ​Highly recommended for a family environment, with plenty of activities and an entertainment team you can truly trust. But if you're in your twenties and looking to party, nightlife, and wild fun, go for the adults-only version. At this all-inclusive, you have to pay both the cover charge for the nightclub and for your drinks inside, which makes absolutely no sense. Plus, the staff there are super rude; it was a terrible experience, a total rip-off."

The staff was extremely helpful. The front desk staff especially Manuela was beyond helpful. Edgar was helpful. Chantal at housekeeping kept our room very clean. Pools were clean. There was alot of sargassum in the ocean so we only walked on sand and did not go in the water. However, there was no smell this time when compared to last August. The food at the buffet was mediocre. They need to have names and ingredients of the dishes and cater better to vegetarians. Overall, my experience was good. I receommend and will visit Bahia Principe again.

This is an excellent hotel for families, couples etc. There is always something to do . Take full advantage of the restaurants and amenities. We got a room upgrade for using EXPEDIA. So, I highly recommend to use EXPEDIA for booking . There is absolutely no complains about this property, beach at 3 minutes walk and pool at 1 minute. They have a transportation service all day up to 4am. All you need to do is to wait for the bus . The stuff is always smiling and wanted to help you out.
