Loved the staff and how clean the room was (tub was a little dirty) loved how it was multiple resorts in one that offered adults only areas and housing. Only complaint is food was bland even the more local dishes. Images from FLAME steakhouse. Did go during early seaweed season water wasn’t too back but did have to climb over hill of seaweed to get to ocean. They did have people removing it off the beach with bulldozers. Always something to do and actives going on around the resort. The spa was lovely! Would return but with family to the children’s side of resort!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was welcoming. I enjoyed my stay of 5 days 4 nights. Pricing is fair and the staff again is accomodating. However the food was very disappointing. Made reservations to 3 restaurants and I was very surprise on how bad it was. The buffet was the gem and savior for the food choices. Second complain is the wifi is non existent. For it being wifi forward hotel to book reservations etc the wifi was rarely accessible. Beautiful hotel again but if your a food heavy person this might be disappointing.

The resort needs some remodeling and from what I hear it is in line to get one. But outside of that it was great. Cleanliness is taken very seriously. Every day staff is washing sidewalks, pool decks, stairwells, etc. Never seen trash laying around anywhere. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Was a great experience. Would recommend.
