This resort had everything a family could ask for, great size kids water park, multiple pools, excellent dinners (at restaurants we pre-reserved using their app), great spa services, and an amazing beach. The only drawback was the outdated rooms. The rooms were very roomy and could accommodate our family of 5 but everything was heavily outdated and the entire place needed a renovation from the floors to ceiling, to bathrooms, shower, and closets. I would definitely visit again if they renovated their guest rooms.

The hotel explore legend fantasia where we stayed has 2 good pools. One for kids was big and adults was good. Buffet had very good for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurants were good also. Steakhouse, Tequila, Greek house were fantastic. The hotel did not have elevators which was big let down. Good hotel for families and includes access to other sections of large hotel complex next door.

The entire resort was amazing. Lots of amenities and activities that kept us busy and entertained all day. Our concierge Eduardo was so awesome. He gave us a tour, showed us all the good stuff, checked in on us, and even helped get us where we needed to be for some excursions. When booking restaurants Nomad is an absolute must! Best food on the resort and staff was so much fun.

Pros: Great restaurants but make sure to download the app 10 days in advance so you can book the reservations. Friendly staff, they genuinely want you to have a good time. Place is huge and connect with 6 other resorts. Kids loved the Oneiro show dinner, which was included with our booking. Cons: Rooms are outdated, not very clean. My bathroom smelled like sewage and the drain was clogged. While the buffet food choices look abundant, only a few things were decent. Food poisoned on the last day. Not much to do, eat, pool/beach and sleep.

Was very kid friendly and the staff was amazing a lot of things to do. All of the pools close at 6 PM and the buffet lines are long be patient with the staff. They are amazing and they try their best overall great experience for the price.
