This was such a great property me and my husband has such a beautiful time here. Our butler Raul was so professional and always helpful for any of our needs that we requested always scheduling our dinners and always messaging us every morning to make sure we were OK. We appreciate the beautiful hospitality from him and of this hotel in general It’s very beautiful. A lot of stuff to do since it’s very large! The resort was great. It was well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Luis was amazing and always available whenever we needed anything, whether it was checking in on us, answering any questions, or helping with any issues on the property. He always greeted us with a big smile and kept us laughing the entire time. Our butler, Rafael, was also very helpful. He assisted us with restaurant and show reservations, checked in on us regularly, arranged transportation for us, and was always available to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing time. We did the family selection package with our three-year-old daughter. Our butler Rafael, was amazing. He took care of everything that we needed. ( from setting up our restaurant and events for the week to finding us a babysitter). The staff was friendly, kind, clean, helpful, positive . The food was great and all the choices that we had. We stayed in the Family Selection in a junior suite - the rooms were very big and clean. The service was awesome - a big shout-out to our butler, Raphael! He was super attentive and quick at responding to all of our questions and requests. All staff on the resort were friendly and would greet you with a smile. We would totally recommend this resort to family and friends. If you're looking for a nice beach - this is the resort to stay - no seaweed issues, big waves. In the designated Family Selection area, it was not difficult to find beach chairs.
