We had an amazing time. We did the family selection package with our three-year-old daughter. Our butler Rafael, was amazing. He took care of everything that we needed. ( from setting up our restaurant and events for the week to finding us a babysitter). The staff was friendly, kind, clean, helpful, positive . The food was great and all the choices that we had. We stayed in the Family Selection in a junior suite - the rooms were very big and clean. The service was awesome - a big shout-out to our butler, Raphael! He was super attentive and quick at responding to all of our questions and requests. All staff on the resort were friendly and would greet you with a smile. We would totally recommend this resort to family and friends. If you're looking for a nice beach - this is the resort to stay - no seaweed issues, big waves. I can’t say enough great things about this resort. Rafael was our butler and he took great care of us. He booked our dinners at the restaurants every night of our stay and sent me our daily itinerary every morning. The resort is quite big with lots of restaurants and beachfront. We stayed at the Family Select area and had access to all the other areas. This was my first time to DR and will definitely come back. I don’t know if I want to go to another resort after staying at this one.

We loved our stay at Family Selection! The property was huge with a lot of things to do for us or the kids. We loved that there were so many pools and restaurants on the property. We could try a different type of cuisine every night. The pools all had different type of vibe so it was easy to find a place we liked to relax during the day or do more activities. Rafael, our personal butler, was amazing and helped us every step of the way with restaurant reservations, activities and when we needed something for the room. He even made sure that our friends who arrived a couple of days after us had a room just across from us. Our daughters had an amazing time at the kids club and the sport center. They really enjoyed that some restaurants had a kids space for them to play while we ate. We definitely recommend this resort. We had a great time and plan on coming back next year!

Everything at this resort has been a 5 star. I had my own personal “butler” with whom I communicated via WhatsUp!!! We visited Grand Palladium Family Selection all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana at March End. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The amenities are well maintained too. Their great asset is the friendly and caring staff. Kudos to them for quick around of the small maintenance requests. Special thanks to Rafael who is above and beyond his duties. Rafael is empathetic and paying attention to the details; is commendable. When Rafael noticed that we had a child who got little sick, he talked to health care provider and expedited the recovery process. That helped us to be comfortable and homely while travelling abroad. Such empathetic and personal caring is appreciable. Overall, it was a great experience; looking forward to visit there again.

Great stay at Family Selection at Grand Palladium Punta Cana. The resort was clean, newly renovated, and offered lots of food, pool, and activity options. The staff were friendly, entertainment was fun, and the bar service was excellent. A very special mention goes to Rafael Peguero, our assigned butler. He went above and beyond for us at all hours of the day—helping with everything from getting milk for the kids, arranging pickups and drop-offs, making dinner reservations, and even bringing toys for the kids to enjoy in the room and take home. Most importantly, he made my mom’s birthday incredibly special by decorating her room, arranging a full-size cake, and surprising her at dinner. She had an amazing time, and Rafael played a huge part in making that happen. Overall, an excellent family-friendly resort and we would gladly return.
