We had a very nice time in this hotel, we were a big group. Our concierge Kenia made all she could to keep us happy, but somehow they would make it hard for her to schedule our reservations. All the staff was great. Daniel, Jose and Juan at the different restaurants always made us feel like kings. Emmanuel at the Kidsclub and his entire team made the kids not want to leave. We will return!

The property is as clean and modern as the pictures. It is extremely family friendly with all the amenities and activities catered towards young families. The service was excellent. Loved the spacious rooms and the swim out pool. The food was good, can be a hit and miss and without a concierge the à la carte are extremely difficult to book for a time of your choosing. Not enough bartenders to the swim out pool bars, and some slower service at the beach restaurant. The trip was with some hiccups however management was able to help. Our concierge Jenfry and the lovely servers at the buffet restaurant serving outside were the ones that made our stay!

The hotel was excellent, and we had an amazing time! The buffet was outstanding, with an incredible variety of delicious food every day, from breakfast to dinner. My daughter has celiac disease and is severely allergic to gluten, and Chef Michel and Madiolis, went above and beyond to prepare every meal for her safely in a clean, separate environment. Their care, attention, and kindness made us feel so comfortable and gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay. We stayed for a full week, and everything we ate was delicious. We truly have nothing negative to say about the food or the service. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Michel, Madiolis, and the entire culinary team for making our vacation so memorable. We will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and family!

It was our first time at this Resort and I have to say that from landing at the airport, the taxi ride and arriving at the Resort was great. Juny was at the front desk, she was amazing and had such a great attitude, very professional and friendly; made the whole experience amazing. Our concierge Omar was amazing as well very family oriented and such a great guy, thanx Omar for your service, we appreciate you and the kids appreciate you so much. The staff at the buffet was great, I remember some of the names, like Elio, he was very nice, the guys at the pool, like Steven, he was really good, helpful and got us a nice spot at the beach. Ricardo was one of the golf carts driver/shuttle that took us around to the water park and to the beach and Fun Republic; thanx Ricardo the kids loved when you drove us around.

From the moment I arrived at the property, I knew was in for a treat. Staff members were helpful, facilities and grounds were clean, suite was spacious, and the food was delicious. Fun activities to partake in or simply relax by the pool or at the private beach. Nice food options, though difficult to make reservations at the restaurants, which thankfully the buffet (which had a different theme every evening) and sports bar did not require. Enjoyed several tours as well- worth experiencing the culture and area. Would highly recommend this hotel!
