The rooms were great, and property was in great condition. However the service was just okay and the staff seemed slightly annoyed when we were ordering food or getting drinks. The food was mediocre at best, except for Lemonfish, the ceviche was amazing and service good, the steakhouse served a decent steak but appetizers and sides were not great, we paid extra to try the lobster which was really dry, and service was lackluster. The minibar was supposed to get restocked with what we preferred but after asking for the first two days we started going to the bars to get the drinks we wanted and restocked ourselves. We were supposed to get a resort credit which they didn't honor at checkout.

Family concierge is a must if travelling with kids. The one bedroom swim up suite was a very good size and perfect for a family of 4. Our concierge Onil was very helpful with everything. The property is very well maintained and looks in good conditions.
