We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Flora for my 40th birthday! The resort is beautiful, very clean, and the grounds are well maintained. The pools were great, the beach was relaxing, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the restaurants, drinks, and the overall atmosphere it made for a memorable birthday trip.

We spent 9 days and were taken care of so well from the waitresses Lusi Neftali and Camila showed us so much love and care every day and really made us feel like family. The entertainment team rovinson & andres kept us active & entertained our whole trip while also making sure we always had a familiar face around us. From the dancing to the activities they were truly the best. Wily made sure this entire experience was flawless from start to end. The food was great , Spa was amazing ! We did the full hydrotherapy message and facial and it was worth it. I will be coming back and recommending to anyone thinking of coming to punta cana.

Nothing short of an amazing stay. I traveled with my daughter for her 10th birthday and she had a wonderful time from we arrived. The property is immaculate and every employee encounter was very friendly, inviting and helpful. Very impressed by the personal concierge assigned to us, she was delightfully pleasant and a very special touch to the entire stay. The room was very spacious, clean and the views were absolutely breathtaking. The food and drinks options were endless and delicious. There were shuttles available to take us to the mall and also to various excursions that we scheduled right in the lobby. This was truly a beautiful experience. I will definitely be back!

The staff were very nice, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Their customer service was excellent. However, our experience was negatively impacted by the membership presentation. We felt pressured to consider a vacation membership that required a substantial down payment of approximately $24,000. The presentation lasted nearly three hours, which was much longer than expected, and it was difficult to leave without feeling pressured to sign up. We would recommend being cautious if you are invited to attend a membership or vacation club presentation.

Property and staff was great!! The water park was super fun and my son loved it. Rooms were pretty clean but they never changed out the sheets and pillow cases during my week stay which I didn’t like as much especially with the duration of our stay.
