Amazing experience we traveled with a 17 year old and 9 year old. Everything was amazing from staff going above and beyond! Great food and amazing beach no seweed can’t wait to return. They also decorated our room for a birthday celebration. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We truly enjoyed this resort. Everything about it was amazing. The food, no reservations needed for restaurants, the different bars, the pools, the entertainment shows, especially the room and shower & the amazing staff! Some of the amazing staff that deserve recognition. Frederick helping with check-in, Theodore and Darbi with AmStar, Ana the massage therapist, Jon located at the beach bar and Merihan, the wonderful personal concierge. Merihan really made our stay accommodating for every question or concern. Truly an amazing resort! We loved everything about this place.

Melvin in preferred club was fantastic, helped us get an upgrade for a reasonable price. Daniel O our concierge was great. The room was fantastic. Wife got food poisoning so we couldn’t go out much. Water was unbeatable. VIP preferred beach area gets very packed very early so be sure to go down and reserve seat. The music is crazy load until about 11pm. Maybe a concern if you are trying to put a little one down. Will not come back but it was a good experience; check off bucket list. Marlin bartender was fantastic I do not know her name but made amazing drinks also Branion at Preferred club deck beach bar
