The best vacation I’ve ever taken, rooms were clean and neat. Staff was excellent and always friendly, breakfast buffet had everything you can imagine. Pools are great, swim up bar was great!! Catalonia resort is a 10 star! Great service!! Will be back soon!!

Room was clean, spacious and the air conditioning worked well. Food was good, we ate at talassa for dinner, Ayami, and mamma mia. Pool was perfect temp. Drinks from the pool bar were ok. Drinks from the bar in the lobby were better. Neach was beautiful, however due to the time of year had seaweed. Took excursion to Saona island - beautiful. Staff were ok. Some were very rude.

Overall we felt welcomed and the hospitality was very nice. Check in did take a little longer than expected we wished that process could have been a little bit more organized. Other than that we loved everything and loved how close it was from the airport. We recommend it and would come back.

The adult side did not live up to other adult resorts. every night ended around 9pm and it was quiet. the family side had more life than the adults... very weird. the staff was so/so on the adult side. we loved the swim bar, it's where we spent most of our time. we loved the beach too. I recommend this resort if you are older and do not want to do anything beside beach and pool. this gave very retirement behavior.

Everyone and everything was wonderful! The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is touched up twice a day and refilled with drinks as well. I would definitely come back again.
