Other than the friendly staff the place was terrible property is not maintained well Beach is absolutely gross filled with seaweed and smells like rotten fish the pools have algae growth all around them the drinks were typically watered down the buffet food was not good even the restaurants you have to reserve a spot for was terrible. If you're trying to save money you won't at this all inclusive because you end up going outside of the resort a lot

Friendly staff, great food and the location was amazing! This is the second Princess location I've visited in Punta Cana and it did not disappoint I do feel that they rushed a bit in cleaning my room when I first got there so there were a few minor things that were overlooked, but it didn't ruin my stay would still highly recommend!

Very clean property with great foliage. Beautiful buildings and beach area. Great walk through the mangroves. Nice pathways. Kids area was great for my son. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of animals to see at the resort: ducks, turtles, fish, iguanas, flamingoes, geese, peacocks and other birds as well. It also had a great coffee shop and ice cream store on site that was part of the all inclusive. Great family friendly resort with great service!

Very nice week with family, the beach and pools were great although some maintenance would make it even better due to some broken tiles around pools. The resort overall was great with the amenities and staff, and a really relaxing environment. Welcome meeting wasn’t good, due to pushy sales tactics to get you to join travel club at crazy prices, so best avoided.

I saw so many reviews about the food being bad so I was worried and let me assure you that was NOT our experience. There was always something to eat and it was delicious! We especially loved the tex mex and hibachi style restaurants. Drinks were great and the resort was clean and nice. We upgraded to VIP which makes things a little easier but not totally necessary. Would most definitely go back!

What I expect from a 5 star hotel is immaculate maintenance of the rooms which in this case was lacking. The resort itself is beautiful and I wish the rooms were up to the 5 star standards as well.
