Friendly staff, great food and the location was amazing! This is the second Princess location I've visited in Punta Cana and it did not disappoint I do feel that they rushed a bit in cleaning my room when I first got there so there were a few minor things that were overlooked, but it didn't ruin my stay would still highly recommend!

The staff is excellent! Everyone from the wait staff at the restaurants to the housekeepers are so caring. Our room was taken care of daily and was clean. The pool was my favorite part! The swim up bar and activity staff were fantastic.

Had a great time. All but 1 staff member was phenomenal! Food was way better than expected. Definitely book reservations for restaurants as soon as possible. El Nopal was delicious. Foam pool party was such a good time! Wellington at the swim up bar was on point every single time. Schokosky at the Sports Bar!!! Amazing energy, great service. Can't wait to come back! Bring extra sunscreen! The shop prices are stupidly ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful resort! Food was horrible. My husband and I got sick. I would ask for just hot water and they gave me brown hot water a couple of times. Buffet style food was limited in options and flies were all on the food. Not many options for food especially if you have dietary restrictions. Pool and beach was nice. Bring your own washcloth as they don’t really provide those. But I don’t recommend
