Really great vacation and we paid about $900 each for 5 nights which made it so worrh it! The pools are great and the proximity to activities was fun. The food was also amazing to us. It was definitely good for its price!

The property is huge; we stayed at the adults-only side, but it was nice to also go to the palace side. The property is well-maintained and clean; the food was also fantastic, and there is a lot to do on the resort, such as kayaking and yoga. The rooms are a little outdated and not as thoroughly cleaned, but it was still a nice stay. I would stay here again.

We were free to visit the other hotels in the group and enjoy all their activities—such as circus shows and swimming pools—and book tables at their restaurants. We also had the freedom to travel between the hotels via the trolley, which was a fun experience.

Barcelo Bávaro Beach Adults Only is a wonderful resort where to spend a nice vacation. The property was well maintained and clean, the rooms were pretty comfortable, and the beach was amazing. Besides the seaweeds that are in season, it was clean and the water was warm and swimmable. The Adults only area is very quiet and very fitting for a leisure time. The Palace restaurants and shops were just a few mins walk away or you can take the trolley. Overall a great resort!

The staff were respectful, amazing, and always willing to help. The family side had better amenities than the adults-only section, and I also found the food to be a lot better on the family side of the resort. This was my second stay at a Barceló resort, the first was in Cancún, Mexico. One last thing: the rooms are a bit dated and could use modernizing.
