The room was very comfortable and cleaned daily. My room didn't have cable to watch tv. Bring your own movies. Use bottled water to brush your teeth and bathe or you'll be sorry! This is not a resort. I repeat this is not a resort. Proceed with caution.

Man, I was super skeptical about coming alone, and honestly, it was a little intimidating at first. But as soon as I arrived at Bakour Suites, they welcomed me with open arms. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I ended up making friends and having so many great conversations during my stay. The room was more than enough for me and had everything I needed. I truly loved my time there and would absolutely come back again.

The staff was great the hotel was just outdated. We got a room with a hot tub and none of the tins could hold water bc of them cracked or broken pipes and that’s a big reason for getting the room. Then it took 3 days to get moved to another room when our air wasn’t working and the room was 84 degrees and stunk like sewage then the next room the air was good but the shower head was barely hanging on.

The room was very dirty and a lot of the resort was. The staff was nice at the bar and the buffet but that is abt it. There are people who were selling jewelry literally hounding you even if you said no 50 million times. Hands and all… The beach was nice to lay out on only if the water wasn’t so dirty and the horrendous smell wasn’t protruding like it was. The staff even told me not to go in the water because of how nasty/ dirty it is. Overall my stay was abt a 2/5 stars. The room I booked I don’t think it was available because he “upgraded” me to a bigger room but it looked like no one had cleaned it and just made the bed up. There were roaches everywhere coming out of the drain. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again but I can say the bar was nice and the bartenders were good!
