The staff was great and helpful. Our first room’s power went out but the staff was very accommodating in getting us into another one. This place is best if you plan on drinking all inclusive was worth it. They also had nice beach access and plenty of pool space.

Bakour Resort is excellent, starting with the front desk, Nairoby, our concierge, who provided us with a wonderful vacation. The buffet had 5-star food, with excellent service from Leonardo Pérez's team. The staff at the bars and restaurants provided excellent service. The very cheerful entertainment, with Baby, Coffee, and Mamajuana, made our vacation joyful and fun. Excellent room service. 100% recommended resort.
