This resort was clean, had friendly staff and we had an overall good experience. Only downside was, depending on which hotel you stayed at within the resort, you only had 1 buffet option to eat all for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beds were supper uncomfortable and tv only speaks Spanish with 2 channels. Otherwise, good experience

El personal excelente La unica queja es las fundas para almohadas No las cambiaban apestaban Y que la playa quedaba muy lejos. The staff was excellent. My only complaint was the pillowcases. They wouldn't change them and they smelled awful. Also, the beach was very far away

The only problem we had was with check-in, because I booked a room for two adults and a 13-year-old child, and the hotel charges an adult rate for children over 12. So we had to pay the difference right there, otherwise we couldn't check in. Everything else was excellent; the service and attention from the staff was spectacular. Yeison's attention was especially noteworthy, making my birthday incredibly special. We would gladly return.
