Sent my sister and brother in law on vacation as an anniversary gift and they could not stop raving about it. They said the staff was the highlight of the trip, their customer service was excellent. Place is under new management and will have many renovations to come but it was still pretty great.

The staff was excellent. Customer service is their most valuable asset in the resort. The resort itself is a bit run down and could use a lot of work. The bedrooms are very basic and the beds are super uncomfortable. There is no channels on the tv or room service which is a disadvantage for families with small children.

The room is old the tub as dirty , the bathroom smelled it looked clean no đź’©, but it smelled like it. The Mexican restaurant and the steak house was the worse , Mexican was a joke not Mexican at all , absolutely no knowledge of Mexican food. Steak house FLAME WAS THE SLOWEST SERVICE IN MY LIFE ! My niece (4yr) he stepped on a nail, punctured her foot , the nail was from one of the old chairs in the room. Also we checked in late like 3:30 pm & so much more !
