She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand. Property is overpriced for its general condition. Rooms are worn; furniture looks tired; and even the layout of lighting is confusing. Internet sucks and breakfast the worst offering for a 5-star hotel in India. Management seemed to want to ameliorate but their service model catering to business travelers on short trips won’t allow them to do much more. Overall a disappointment and Hilton should be mindful about its brand being tarnished by such sub-par hotels.

夕食に間に合わず、代わりにバーでビールをせめて一杯と提案したが断られた。 部屋には蚊がいて複数箇所を刺された。 チェックインの際にパスポートを返してもらえなかった。従業員はみなさん素人。 部屋がカビ臭い。 正直、サービス、状態共に最低なホテルだと思った。寛容な私でも良い点数はつけられない。
