“Absolutely loved my stay at The Black Lion Royal Hotel. The room and bathroom were spotless and clearly very well looked after. The people at the reception are incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. The English breakfast was delicious and freshly made each morning. Plus, the hotel’s pub has such a cute, cozy vibe, perfect for a relaxing evening. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed at Pontyclerc farm house while visiting friends in the area. The farm house was charming. Room was comfortable and very clean, lovely biscuits with a lovely sellection of teas coffee, and hot chocolate. Ensuite was of a very good size, with good toiletries supplied. Service for breakfast was friendly and professional, breakfast itself was delicious. Jane and Nigel made you feel very welcome and were very helpful with directions and useful information about the local area. I would...

“Had a lovely time staying here. Different from staying in a hotel. Hot drinks offered to us every time we came in. Beautiful big bedroom with a large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Clean, tidy, really comfortable bed. Had the best 2 nights sleep I’ve had for ages. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the proprietors are lovely, warm, friendly people. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return next time we’re in the area. Thank you both x”
