Outside the property it is dated. Inside is not. Everything worked. Quiet nights sleeping there. Very accessible to WSU where we dropped our son off to college for his freshman year.

Stayed here for WSU move-in weekend and it was a good value considering what other places in town were charging. The location is great. The room was clean and the AC worked just fine. The parking spots are a bit tight if you’ve got a truck, but we made it work. I really enjoyed the friendly staff and the breakfast was not bad (eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, cereal, etc.). I loved that this was next door to Tokyo Seoul restaurant, had a great dinner there. I actually found this stay to be more worthwhile than a popular trendy spot in town where I stayed previously. I am booked to come back to stay here again for parent’s weekend, and likely to repeat stays here in the future.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful when you could get ahold of them. Tried calling from our room several times for questions, and no one ever answered. Parking was fine. There were just 3 of us, so, I guess it was family-friendly. The rooms had coffee mugs, but no coffee makers? Beds were clean and comfy. All, in all, it fit our needs.

Very convenient location to the university. Room was clean. Shower head was poor. The parking was tight even for a small SUV. Our key room was VERY difficult to open the door. Walls are thin, very thin. However, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. That was the only thing the room that was nice.

Parking was fine. Barely spoke to staff. At check in no information given about lobby hours, WiFi, or the breakfast. Room was clean. Water took a bit to get warm but was okay. At 7am lobby was locked and didn’t see any breakfast things. Second day lobby open and some quick grab stuff out. That was okay. Check out was quick and efficient. Proximity to WSU was nice.
