A l'accueil, pas d'anglophone ni francophone (qu'hispanophone); c'est le minimum à la réception ! Le petit déjeuner était peu varié et pas qualitatif. Oeufs dur précuits ; le reste c'est que de la charcuterie (ne mangeant pas de viandes....!). La viennoiserie est peu varié et pas qualitative ; croissant, pain "choco" et donuts. Le personnel gère la reception, le service et le nettoyage. Les pleins (vaisselles propres, aliments, remplissage machine a café...) sont fait avec les mêmes gants qu'après avoir nettoyer (il faudrait revoir les regles de base d'hygiène). Les femmes de chambre étaient très aimable et souriante. Mais à part une jeune femme à lunettes et aux cheveux court (j'ai pas vu son prénom mais elle était très gentille, à l'écoute et serviable), le personnel à l'accueil n'étaient pas très accueillante. La chambre était spacieuse mais la salle de bain manquait d'espace pour les affaires de toilettes à 2. Les alentours de l'hôtel n'ont aucun charme car on étaient en pleine zone d'activités. En revanche, stationnement facile. On se garait à 5' en voiture, à proximité de la station d'autobus pour prendre bus ou métro (plus de choix de lignes car celles à 600m de l'hôtel n'allaient pas en plein centre).

Kleinschalig hotel, prima kamer, lekkere douche. Ontbijtkeuze was beperkt maar prima. Iets uit het centrum: taxi of OV nodig wanneer je niet zelf in het centrum wil rijden en op zoek moet naar parkeer plek.

Die Wände waren sehr, sehr dünn. Man konnte Nachts um 5 den Gesprächen der Nachbarn zuhören und auch sonst allen Geräuschen lauschen. Sonst aber echt super für den Preis. Gratis Kaffee, Tee und Kakao. Sauber war es auch.

アパートタイプの部屋に３泊しました。 とてもキレイな部屋で、キッチン・レンジ・冷蔵庫も十分で、快適でした。 スタッフも親切でとてもホスピタリティに溢れていました！ 車だったので、無料の駐車場を使いましたが、メトロ駅までも歩いて10分程度で行けるので、街の郊外ですが、立地は問題ないです。

Local com estacionamento coberto e subterrâneo. Quartos limpos e confortáveis. O hotel fica a poucos kilometros de carro do centro histórico de Granada. Fica em um grande centro comercial. Há máquinas de café e outras bebidas quentes a vontade. Pode se usar o microondas e utensílios domésticos para se fazer refeições de almoço e janta. A recepção foi atenciosa.

Buena calidad precio, personal de recepción muy amable, puedes aparcar dentro del parking sin coste adicional, tomar bebidas calientes las 24h, y hacer uso del microondas. Disponen de una amplia sala donde tienen un montón de mesas y sillas donde poder comer.
