建議廁所真的要改善

其實廁所真的蠻恐怖的，房間的床睡的也很癢，但價位真的是很便宜，如果晚到早退，很勉強可以待一晚，但如果不是連假訂不到房間，我是願意價錢住好一點.....

在市區很方便，但房間設備真的很舊，ㄧ分錢一分貨。訂房是訂有附浴缸的2個雙人床，但進房後發現沒浴缸，回櫃台反應，馬上換了有浴缸的3個雙人床

超值的平日住宿，一晚600台幣，附停車場，平日容易升等四人房大房間，附近有很多好吃的小吃，非常喜歡來埔里就會住山王

房間大空調很大聲有點吵，床好睡枕頭太軟，廁所是浴缸式的可以泡澡不錯，停車場在一公里外的地方會有專人接送，以老飯店來說整體中規中矩

山王連一星級都稱不上

1.停車場： 飯店停車場位於步行15分鐘以外的地方，雖然有接駁車，搭的人實在太多，等很久才一班，且晚上10點後就沒有接駁車，所有的晚上行程全都毀掉，下午進房後只能待在飯店坐牢，且附近無任何景點或是吃飯的地方都沒有。 2.內部裝潢老舊腐壞： 飯店房間內牆壁剝落，潮濕的味道難聞，衛浴設備老舊，浴室牆壁沖到水就一塊水泥剝落：沒有電水壺，要自己到櫃台拿熱水。 3.服務態度差： 電梯壞掉，主動想要告知服務人員，服務人員連頭都沒抬，直接叫你搭另一台，連個抱歉或是抬頭關心都沒有。 以目前住過所有的飯店與旅店或是民宿來說，是最糟糕的住宿經驗，且房價還是以飯店的價位，令人感受相當差。

地點方便，步行距離可以逛市場或夜市！ 但房間實際情況與網路上照片有出入。 飯店人員態度冷淡也面無表情，check in 時，詢問附近景點叫我自己看飯店周邊介紹文宣，櫃檯有兩個人， 眼睛貼在自己手機上，完全不想理會我的問題！目前雖為資訊時代，都可以手機上網自己找，但畢竟我們旅客第一來訪，希望有在地人分享一下附近的資訊.... 也沒要求我們量體溫..
