We had a fantastic stay at The White Horse Inn. Lovely small hotel, v friendly & helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again if we are in the area. Highly recommend it.
I stayed here with a friend and my dog for the night and it was perfect. For those travelling with dogs, it is hands down the most dog friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff at the hotel were all so friendly and welcoming, the food was amazing (we had dinner and breakfast). The only thing that could have improved our stay was staying a second night!
We had a lovely stay, celebrating our wedding anniversary. A very noisy group did rather spoil the atmosphere in the dining room, but hardly the hotel’s fault!
Comfortable room & good bathroom.
Wonderful pastries at breakfast, from local bakery.
This small, historic Inn is off the beaten path set in a picturesque community of country manors. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and the food served in the restaurant is succulent, particularly the duck confit. It is clearly a favorite local spot to gather in the bar and enjoy a pint and the lively conversation.
