Nice one hotel but .. no elevator meant carrying cases, etc. up two flights of stairs (on the outside the hotel) and as we need two trips for all the stuff meant this was a big hassle. Good job it wasn't raining.

The Campanile suited our purposes insofar as its situation. We were able to park the car safely and easily and take the bus into La Rochelle. We had a prob with the air conditioning which was promptly rectified/change of room and offer of one free breakfast. The room itself was spotlessly clean but a bit Spartan and the view from the window was poor.
