A very basic but clean hotel. Although we requested Gluten Free guest, they managed to make me very poorly & lost a days holiday due to be glutenised!

The Campanile suited our purposes insofar as its situation. We were able to park the car safely and easily and take the bus into La Rochelle. We had a prob with the air conditioning which was promptly rectified/change of room and offer of one free breakfast. The room itself was spotlessly clean but a bit Spartan and the view from the window was poor.

Je ne retrouve plus au Campanile l'accueil, la convivialité, la gentillesse, le service d'avant. A Puilboreau on s'adresse à vous en restant assise. On se lève pour parler à un client. Je signale un soucis de lavabo qui ne vide pas, il est 10h . Je reviens vers 14h30 ce n'est pas réglé je vais a l'accueil. Personne je patiente 4 mn un employé arrive " je ne peux être par partout" me dit -il !! il etait à l'hotel 1er classe d'en face. Je muis explique le soucis on ne l'a pas prevenu. j'ai du me mettre legerement en colère pour qu'il me dise qu'il va intervenir. 5 mn après il intervenait. le lendemain jour de mon départ je fais des remarque à la directrice qui elle aussi reste assise pour me parler... bref je ne retournerais plus dans cet hotel

Bonsoir Suite au périple de fin de soirée du 13 décembre chambre 211 . Comment un individu peut il rentrer dans notre chambre alors que nous dormions. Imaginez cette peur et la surprise. Obligé de dormir du coup habillé et sur le qui-vive. De barricader la porte avec nos sac la chaise. Bref,ce n'est pas de votre faute ,mais avouer qu à y penser c'est perturbant et effrayant de voir un individu dans le noir avec une capuche qui vous regarde presque au pied de votre lit. Penser vous faire un geste commercial pour la gêne occasionné, car des excuses ne font pas tout. Bien cordialement Mr Georgeon

Comment un individu peut il rentrer dans notre chambre a 23h 30 ,vous regardant dormir et partant en courant apres lui avoir crier dessus.alors que nous dormions. Imaginez cette peur et la surprise. Obligé de dormir du coup habillé et sur le qui-vive. au cas ou! De barricader la porte avec nos sac la chaise. Bref,mais avouer qu à y penser c'est perturbant et effrayant de voir un individu dans le noir avec une capuche qui vous regarde au pied de votre lit sans connaître c est intentions . Penser vous faire un geste commercial pour la gêne occasionné, car des excuses ne font pas tout. Et ben non,juste la meilleur chambre pour la deuxième nuit et déménagement a 21heure le samedi,avec douche bouchée et toujours le verrou de porte qui ne fonctionne pas et je vous parle pas du bruit. Super expérience, j aurai voulu faire un jeux, j aurait pas trouvé mieux.

Déçu par ce Campanile par rapport aux autres, et je pense même par rapport à ma précédente fois dans cet hôtel. Accueil très moyennement sympathique (mais très bien le lendemain). Escaliers pas très propres. Aucun confort dans la chambre.
