Home base for family vacation.

Hotel Naya was perfect for our family vacation in puerto Vallarta. The location can’t be any better! Steps from the beach, right at the end of the Malecon with easy access to restaurants, shops, and more. The secure building felt very safe and the staff is phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

Condo was conveniently close to everything that you are in need of, shops, restaurants,, etc. very clean and modern, has all that you would need to cook, the filtered water was good. I would recommend and stay again.

The location is excellent, the beach is not a beach the water is def not clean not safe to enter. No one was ever in the water as it's beside a river that flows right into the beach area. Our shower did not work, when water was turned on the metal button to pull for the shower shot out just missing our face with water spraying up to the ceiling. I informed the Naya homes manager 3x and never did anyone come to repair it. I only ever received a generic response. The light was burned out and again no one came to repair.there was sand all over the beds and couch. There is a BBQ on the roof and we used it and security later informed us we were not permitted to although there is no sign. But other than that the roof top pool was great, very clean and peaceful. The front reception/ security was very helpful and friendly.
